Brought car in for oil change. Was told I had a transmission leak. Brought car back in to diagnose/fix leak and flush/fill fluid. They only flushed and filled. They only did a partial job. they don't check over flow plugs.... When I call to set up an appointment to fix a leak then tell me you don't fix leaks. Not charge me $350+ to put fluid in that's going to spill right out. That makes no sense. Incompetent and won't even take accountability. Nobody wants anything from them other than when people make appointments if they are not qualified to fix the problems and they shouldn't accept the job and charge people anyways... I was told by them I had a leak a month and a half before and I saved it money to fix it. If they didn't have the ability to fix it then they shouldn't have created the appointment they should have given me a referral. They want to use the excuse that I told them I just had a transmission bushing recall replaced in my brake line recall replaced..... That's just a recent background history since my vehicle is new to them it has nothing to do with them not completing the job that I called them for which was to diagnose and fix leak. They basically pencil whipped it And used shop talk to feel confident and screwing someone over that's from across the country. They have no problem taking a couple hundred dollars to top off the fluid but won't fix the threading on a plug to stop it from leaking. They didn't have to get into the transmission it was completely external. I am a mechanic's daughter and there's no way I would put fluid in a vehicle if I didn't know exactly where it was leaking from to tell the customer. I sure would not tell them that they were good to go and send them down the road with an active leak that I told them they had and that they requested I fix.... That's how we differ though. Go with a shop with better ethics. I recommend Rusty piston in this area.

I've been going here for year with 3 different vehicles. They get the cars through quickly and have a good system. Unfortunately, some of the staff are extremely unfriendly. Also, the technician working on the top end is pretty messy and flung a bit of oil around the engine bay and on the front of my vehicle. He was pretty snarky when I asked for a rag to clean things up (not the first time he's been this way to me). Some of the staff are very friendly but I've decided I'm tired of being treated rudely and unprofessionally by the others and am going to look for another place to go.

This is my go-to spot for my regular oil changes. The staff is very friendly, helpful, thorough and professional. This team works together like a well oiled machine! The service is always quick. No appointment needed!

Very dissatisfied. Two days After the appointment I checked my oil and I was a quart low. At the conclusion of the appointment I noticed they had not checked my transmission fluid and asked that they check it, this is the second time in as many appointments that Ive had to ask them to check it.They marked on the checklist they checked my differential fluid but they did not.William Dudley

The plays was nice but they didn’t put enough oil in my car and also they spilled some on top of the engine. Definitely won’t be going back here.

Super quick and helpful with our Avis rental car that had leaked half its oil due to a gasket that had been installed incorrectly.

We made an appointment for a transmission fluid drain and fill, an oil change and a filter replacement at 9:00 AM when we arrived there wasn't an office or visible place to wait at the front of the business so we stood where cars are supposed to enter and everyone inside pretended like we didn't exist, after about five minutes I went and ran down a mechanic and told him we had a service appointment and he said "oh talk to the girl inside" so I went back and stood waiting to get her attention and after a few more minutes she just walked past without looking and said "morning" very quietly and "it's the blue one?" (Referring to our car) to which we just said "yes" and stood kind of stunned. They were nice enough once we got things underway, however it is 10:30 as I am writing this and we're still waiting. The car is still in the air. These are two jobs I can personally accomplish in 30 minutes in my garage at home I just didn't feel like getting dirty, and we're still waiting after making an appointment, very disappointing. We actually just looked and they don't even have the oil change on the sheet so now we're going to need to get an oil change as well. Just a complete waste of time. As for the value, it's not bad. I feel their prices are fair and normal. Even on the lower side of what I'm used to.At the end when I informed them there was supposed to be an oil change at well they got irritated and one of the other guys said there wasn't an oil change and the other exclaimed "she just informed us right now." One of the girls informed us the computer system was down but if they would have just clarified when we got here because their system was down none of this would have happened. It is now 11:00AM, little irritated.

Been a loyal customer of Eagle Lube for years. I've heard the locals rumors about this place making mistakes, causing damage, and shady/aggressive responses from the owner. I wrote them off thinking the customer must be crazy, wrong, etc.I found that the oil light had come on in my F250, so I immediately pull over and found that the oil filter wasn't even hand tight. I always think to myself to trust the shop and not double check their work after leaving every time. Who knows how long the filter has been loose and potentially causing low oil pressure to the engine.I called the owner who tried to tell me that it was normal for this to happen on F250's. I asked for a free oil change as thats pretty standard to offer when a shop makes a mistake. The owner refused and said he would be willing to "personally tighten my oil filter" if I felt comfortable driving it. Great way to lose yet another customer, Matt.Save your car and go to a reputable shop.UPDATE: Yes it's been 7 months but it's also only been 600 miles. Not acceptable.Service: Oil change
