I made an appointment to open a savings & checking account. They declined to allow me to use the rest room after the appointment. I’m 74 and I was ‘very uncomfortable’ rushing to a grocery store to use their facilities. This bank continues to disappoint me!

They never answer the phone. It's an useless number... when you call the system just gives you the run-a-round and hangs up at the end. Extremely dissapointed as I expected better service from a small town branch.

When I first started at this branch they were so customer oriented. I went as I was so frustrated with Bank of America for this very reason. Now, everything is a hassle. They can’t help me at the branch and tell me to talk to customer service. Customer service tells me I need to go to the branch. Banking shouldn’t be HARD ! They are using OUR money!!

This bank branch is unfriendly for business banking. Taking care of your business takes excessive amount of time. Bank employees and manager are taking decisions based on “bank rules” seems to be different each time and can’t be proved to be based on any written document. The only plus for this place is that it is there where other banks are not well represented.

Russ and Monica provided great customer service when opening an account. They were short staffed but accommodated us without an appointment. I appreciated the flexibility as I traveled there from out of town. We were also flexible in return and that always helps the overall experience.

The customer service we received today was exemplary. We had a huge issue with not being able to get a credit card print out for a paid off credit card that had been closed that we needed to show to complete our refi on our house! We were days from losing the loan on our house unless we got it. The assistant manager Serena and the new employee Earlene rallied with the manager Kirsten, and jumped through some major hoops with the fraud department to get this done. We had been on the phone for hours. All we wanted was a printout. Once it hits the fraud department everything stops. But these ladies did everything within their power past closing time to get us what we needed. They kept us in the bank waiting for an eFax a half an hour past closing time. There seemed to be a lot of bad reviews on Chase but I can tell you at this branch I received some of the best service ever!

I have never had better service from any bank as I have with Chase Bank in Oakhurst, Ca. Serena, Earlene and Kirsten have gone over and above to get us some paperwork that we needed quickly. I don't have Chase now, but I am opening 4 accounts with them within the next month. I was told by my friends that they are so happy with Chase and they were 100% spot on. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with this bank.

Typical big bank. Clumsy, bureaucratic, unfriendly and indifferent. They require a formal appointment more than a week in advance to open an account. Central Valley Community Bank, by contrast, is friendly cheerful and quick. I open an account there in only a few minutes and I'm still waiting to meet my a Chase banker. Not sure, now, that I will bother. Sadly, Bank of America and Wells Fargo and Citi are just as bad

Lost my wallet in Nevada. It was turned into a Chase bank after I got back to Oakhurst. Russ, the manager at Oakhurst Chase Bank went above and behond to help me get my wallet back without having to drive back to Nevada to retreive it.Thank you Russ!!
