It is ridicules that a branch will not answer their phone!! When I call the 800 number they cannot answer my question and refer me to call my branch directly. I have called the branch numerous times at different times of day and still NO PICKUP. Why would I bank with someone I cannot contact? This is B.S.

I made an appointment to open a savings & checking account. They declined to allow me to use the rest room after the appointment. I’m 74 and I was ‘very uncomfortable’ rushing to a grocery store to use their facilities. This bank continues to disappoint me!

They never answer the phone. It's an useless number... when you call the system just gives you the run-a-round and hangs up at the end. Extremely dissapointed as I expected better service from a small town branch.
