We bought house from them in 2020. The worst experience with this company’s house. Cheap material, dent in the walls, cracks in the fence, worse products used in the bathrooms plus bad tiles in the shower. Kitchen sink moved from its original place. Gap between garage door and its walls. Mouses keep on getting into the garage. To be honest very cheap garage material.
Please never buy house from them if you want your house to stay! We are thinking to buy one more house but never from these builders. I also suggest my friends and family the same thing.

I had a home built by Windward Pacific Builders and was impressed with the level of quality. We visited and spoke with many different Builders, but never felt 100% comfortable with any of them until we met with this one. From the framing, to the structure to the interior design, everything was the highest of quality. The customer service throughout the process was also excellent. Building a home is a very stressful undertaking and they made the whole process stress free and exciting. I am so happy with my home, even after 2 years I'm still in love with every part. I would highly recommend this builder to anyone looking for a good quality home. Honesty, quality and integrity are the words that come to mind when I think of this builder.

Purchased a home through this builder. From start to finish they were there to answer all my questions. I've never purchased a brand new house and they had great options to choose from. Watching the house be built was another awesome experience. Two years in and we love our house!

I wasn't even looking for a new home when I found this builder. I went into one of their new home communities just to look for decorating ideas and spoke with the lady who was working. She was so kind and spent time walking me around even though I told her I wasn't looking to buy a home. We spent an hour talking about design ideas and eventually got on the subject of building a custom home. I would have never thought that I could do that, but I was intrigued so I went ahead and set up an appointment to have someone call me. 2 Years later I love my new home! I was able to design and build the home of my dreams and actually afford to do everything I wanted. The quality is so much better than any other home I have ever lived in and working with everyone throughout th whole process was amazing. They explained everything , every step of the way and helped with suggestions that I didn't think of. I can't say enough good things to say about this builder.
