Verizon has always been great. I should have not tried to switch carriers to T-Mobile. Verizon fixed my issue quickly and professionally. As much as I appreciate that they didn’t charge me a fee for coming back, I appreciate more that they fixed my problems immediately. I can’t recommend them enough.
