“TNT towed our totalled vehicle, they were quick on-scene, and didn't mess around. The reason for the 5 stars is the help from the staff at their office, very helpful and accommodating, she stayed late to allow us to get the stuff out of our vehicle which saved us a long trip back. I broke a rib, and was very grateful for the assistance with some of the heavier items. This isn't a customer service business, but the interaction gave me the impression it was. Thank you!”

“Back in May we had to get one of our classic cars towed unexpectedly. Michael did a 5 star job! He took really great care of our car and was very knowledgable. He was also very kind and easy to talk to. The reason I gave four stars had to do with the time it took to get to our location, that would fall back on AAA dispatch. Michael called me as soon as we got off the phone with AAA. He let me know his location and the ETA, it was almost 1.5hrs. Not his fault (he was far out from his last call), he was very upfront and honest, which we appreciated. I would do business because of Michael again, he provided great customer service. My husband really enjoyed talking to him.”
