The reason for the 5 stars is the help from the staff at their office, very helpful and accommodating, she stayed late to allow us to get the stuff out of our vehicle which saved us a long trip back. I broke a rib, and was very grateful for the assistance with some of the heavier items. This isn't a customer service business, but the interaction gave me the impression it was. Thank you!”

“Our driver-side window shattered when driving back from Yosemite late at night. Calling around to our insurance, glass shops, etc. all offered very little help (or didn't pick up at all) and we were at a loss.
Mitch however, picked up and immediately gave us great advice for next steps and what to do, even personally helping us deal with the broken glass in the late hour.
