Fella running the shop actually answers the phone, knows what he’s talking about and is eager to help. I needed one blown tire swapped on a rental vehicle and Tires Direct made that happen effectively and efficiently.

Great service. Friendly staff. I think a guy named Chris helped me. My light was on for tire pressure. He checked each tire, put in some air & my light went off.

Hats off for this company. This morning my tire warning sign came on and I had an appointment in Modesto l couldn't miss. Went to the big name tire company first since their close to me. They said ' nope, too busy, come back this afternoon " so l pulled into Tires Direct and they were so nice. They were busy unloading a truck full of tires but they said to pull in and they would take a look. They all needed air due to the weather changes. They aired up all my tires and just so nice about it. I will forever buy my tires from this company and take my other tire business to them. Wonderful experience. Saved my day! Thank you Chris and Jim.

We got a flat tire last Saturday around 12pm outside of Oakdale on the way up to Calaveras. Had to turn back to get it fixed. Tires Direct we're open & able to get it repaired & back on our car in less than 20min!!! Which is amazing customer service for a Saturday because I called at least 3 other places and they were either closed or closing early or had a 3hr wait. DEFINITELY recommend Tires Direct for helping us out during our hour if need.

I called right as they opened because I found a hole in my tire and needed a new one asap. The associate told me he was just opening the shop and needed to check and see if they had the tire, and that I needed and to call him back in ten minutes. I called around to a few different shops and this shop called ME back to let me know they had one for a great price. I showed up and he got the new one on and got me outta there so fast. I highly recommend this shop. Great customer service, and lightning fast!
