The Rite Aid on East F street is friendly. The employees at the one on West F street seem grumpy. Recently, I made an appointment to get a Covid vaccine online or at least I thought that I had. When I showed up, I found out that I didn’t have an appointment. I must have overlooked something when I tried to submit my form online. I was told that they didn’t have any walk in appointments available that day, but they would the next day. I asked if I could make an appointment while I was there at the store so I wouldn’t mess it up. The pharmacy employee seemed to get upset and told me that I didn’t need one because I could just show up tomorrow as a walk in. I nicely told her that I would prefer to make an appointment so I didn’t risk showing up and not getting a shot or wasting gas since it is so expensive these days. She just repeated that I didn’t need an appointment and eventually asked me what time I would like it to be. I chose a time and she said that she made the appointment. I was patient and calm the entire time. When I showed up for my appointment, I learned that my appointment was across town at the Rite Aid by Save Mart. There were no walk in appointments available at the location I had gone to the day before even though I had been told that they would be taking walk ins on that day.So, my husband and I raced across town to get to the other Rite Aid. They were extremely pleasant to interact with and had walk ins available. All of store employees were friendly.

The ladies in the pharmacy are the best! Yes, there's shipping delays. Yes, everyone is understaffed. They do a great job to keep powering through despite setbacks. They're always friendly and helpful. I work for the fire dept and en route to an incident my gear bag fell out of the engine. It had my prescriptions in it. They called me and said someone had found it and helped facilitate me getting my bag back!!! Who else would go that extra mile!

Rite Aid must review its bilingual employees.In both locations F St Oakdale they are rude and speak to customers as if we are all deaf.If you speak to them in English, they will answer you in Spanish with an accent they assume you are Hispanic (my first language is Italian) that is, I don't understand their Spanish, nor do they pre-judge me for my Latin appearance. They speak to each other in Spanish and are truly cordial only with their race.Very awful.

We had our Covid Vaccine here 1330 W. F St. Oakdale CA.The Pharmacists were Awesome but this place was filthy in the waiting area and Vaccine room.

Rite Aid made it so simple to make appointments online for my Covid vaccines. I had an appointment within 6 hours process is easy and free. Also Free drive thru Covid 19 testing.

This is a review for the drive- thru. I had to pick up my grandmas prescriptions I chose to not go inside and do the drive-thru. I did not have to wait long at all before being helped. Employees behind the glass we're wearing masks. They were quick to fill my order. Pharmacist came over asked if I had any questions, I did not. In and out . Easy Peezy!!!!

The store staff is Awesome they go out of your way to help you, on the other hand the pharmacy staff is horrible I tried to get my prescription filled and they said they couldn't do it no reason they just said they couldn't do it and when I asked why he turned around and walked away, I tried to call anyone back there back to the window and they all ignored me.
