Mr. Riner has done our taxes, personal and business for over 30 years. He is knowledgeable and prompt. I was an accountant before I became and attorney so I know that he knows his stuff. I have referred many clients to him over the years and have never had a bad report. Now most of my kids and their spouses use him as well. Being in the professional service field as well, we all know how hard it is to please every client every time but I can assure you that in over 30 years I have never received a complaint from any of the clients I have referred to him.

My husband and I have been going to Richard's office for 4 years to file our taxes. He takes the time to answer our questions and makes the process quick and easy. His receptionists are always courteous and friendly. We recommend him to everyone we know.

Don't waste your time. The old man (mid 70's) still works because he's only interested in taking money from old rich farmers. His prices are super high as well. What a joke. I came from the bay area and thought people were crooked there, he is on another level. Go elsewhere is all I can recommend. We gave him our tax documents mid way through March, never heard a word back. Did he receive them, is there an issue, etc. I called today, 4 days before tax deadline and they said your estimate is going to be double! So from $400 for taxes, single family to a much higher figure.
