Since the new manager took charge I guess they no longer check intake air and cabin filters unless you ask them to and washing the windshield must be optional now as well. I've been using Pit Stop since they opened and sadly its starting to lack in customer service as are so many other businesses these days. Bring back the old crew.Service: Oil change

We've been bringing our vehicles here for years. This time was absolutely awful. Poor customer service from the person that was working on my vehicle, I got the distinct impression he doesn't like waiting on females. Just plain rude. FYI when they say they have checked everything have them check again attached is a pic of my air filter. All this person told me was my transmission fluid was over filled, well guess what buddy you're the only company that have filled the fluids.

The two young men who helped me were so polite from the moment I got there. Unfortunately I didnt get their names but their mother raised them good. The guy who greeted me good bye went out of his way to open and close the car door for me on my way out and If that doesnt scream good customer service I dont know what does !

The person who checked me out, stated everything looked good and the tires were all good and the washer fluid and others were also good. The tires fluctuated between 30.5 and 38.0. The washer fluid was 1/2 full being generous. Not satisfied overall, but the oil was changed.Service: Oil change
