Got an alignment appt by walk-in on the same day. After the service, they gave me a detailed breakdown of what was done as well. While also acknowledging the previous mistakes of another business that I got tires from. Quality work versus other shops around here.

These guys are great. I stopped by for a tire rotation. They were busy but they suggested I come back in an hour. I ran some errands and came back. They got it done pretty quick. They checked my tire tread and brakes as well. ?? Always good service.

Had them put a ac compressor on for me, very nice people, explained everything to me. It took them a little bit longer than what I expected but they do quality work for a fair price.

Great place i took my service truck to replace tpms sensor a valve steam that was leaking air. At first they only replaces the valve steam but after reviewing it was supposed to have the sensor also they went ahead and did it. Definitely coming back again

I'm from out of the area and broke down in Oakdale and was out of luck. I was referred to Oakdale Auto Care. Gary took great care of me. He diagnosed my car and let me keep it there for some time while I arranged to get the car back to me. He saved me time and money and did it all with a smile and absolutely great customer service. I ? percent recommend him and that store. Thanks Gary.

UPDATE:
After the incident had taken place the regional manager had stepped in and asked what had happened to which I re-explained the situation below. After hearing exactly what happened from me he game the option to keep my warranty and finish the truck or refund my money. It's been couple of weeks now and I'm extremely busy and unfortunately cannot find a day to bring it in.
So I had given him a call last on Monday that I would like to just go through with the refund and they did just that. Although I don't think either party is happy with the situation in total, I will say that the customer service after the incident was beyond excellent. Thank you for working with me to get this situation handled!
OLD:
If I could give them half or zero I would. I will never be taking anything back this "mechanics shop" nor recommending them to anyone else. Took my truck to them first thing on Monday morning without an appointment to get the ac done. I said I call me if any of the parts need to be replaced and then I want to completely replace the freon. Gary the assistant Gm said okay. I don't get it back until closing saying they replaced the freon and I was good to go.
I figured it would take a while but not all day.
Well I'm driving it and guess what, the air coming out of it gets hot on the highway!
So now I'm irritated and I call them again and schedule an appointment for 8am Friday morning. Take it in and they don't get back to me until 3 saying that all of the parts that you need to check before pumping in freon are clogged and need to be replaced. On top of that the truck wasn't even ready to be pulled from the bay when I got there at 430. Everything I had asked you to do the first time you didn't even do. Now you've cost me two days of work and 200$ and want to charge me 500$ more and more days of work to fix it because you people cant listen?. No no no. Not going to happen. I hope people read this through because yall are a scam. There's no communication, no decency, and no honor in the way the shop is has been run since Scott and his father handed it over.
