I have bought several vehicles from Haidlen Ford. They have always been honest, friendly, and very knowledgeable about their product. I Would recommend Haidlen Ford to everybody!

Worst service department to deal with. Either someone is off or on lunch no matter what time you call for an update. We aren't even talking about lack of pay either, green light is given to do the repairs and they still fail to have a sense of urgency. I cannot emphasize how bad they are even after the vehicles spend large amounts of time there you are guaranteed to have a comeback. It's embarrassing. The service writers at this location are an absolute joke they have no idea what they are doing or talking about for that matter. If this place was smart they'd get rid of the sorry excuse of service department girls. They spend more time on lunch then at work.
Update** was told to pick up truck due to my bad review. Write up said I was told shop was busy yet I waited a few days to drop off so the shop can be less busy as asked by lady on the phone. Truck was there 2 weeks and nothing was fixed, taking 2 weeks to diag a truck is insane. The lack of professionalism from the service department is also a big problem. I totally understand why their shop is "slammed". At the end of the day this isn't the first vehicle we take there and it was same story before on top of the vehicle having to go back multiple times after it got fixed.

We really appreciate the service for our 2 cars in one day In Haidlen Ford, Inc. in Oakdale, CA, We were so busy in our jobs and we took the Valet Service.
All did work perfect. We trusted in the person who drove the cars, he is very kind.

Basic tech maintenance was NOT performed properly resulting in auto damage and lose of vehicle use.
Ownership and executive management lacked professional skills to address customer safety, concerns and impact.

Just had my 2021 Escape serviced at Haidlen Ford in Oakdale CA, I’ve bought two Escapes and two pickups from them, and they have always treated me fairly. Over the years I’ve bought many new vehicles and they have treated me the best and no hassles.

Don't expect them to deliver your parts when they say they will.. The parts department will lie to you and not accept responsibility for their actions or their inability to perform their obligation..

I had our Explorer serviced at Haidlen Ford in Oakdale, Ca. The service department took less than an hour. While I was waiting I had the opportunity to visit with Eric Haidlen. Whenever I’m there I am treated just like family. Haidlen Ford does an EXCELLENT job in all aspects, when we are there! Keep up the GREAT service guys!
