I recently placed an order through Oakdale Flowers & More, and the intended recipient was not present during the delivery. Tulips open very quickly, and she didn't want to leave them over night at the delivery address with another employee. She took the time to take the arrangement back, store them in the cooler overnight, and re deliver the next day. That is someone who genuinely cares about the result.
