Dog sh*t! Cancelled reservation made days in advance prior to pickup. This is after confirming the reservation over the phone when it was made. Still haven't refunded the cost either. Good luck!

My truck needed to be worked on, needed a vehicle while it was beling worked on in Oakdale I always rent with Enterprise, most of the time I receive amazing service. Well not this time. I was told no car, your comfirmation doesn't matter, should have booked earlier, and the call center/online bookings are never guaranteed. Ok, let me look into my crystal ball and see if I have an emergency coming up. I suppose getting a call before walking over a mile to pickup the rental was a good thing, but not having a car and needing to get to my 11:45 appointment in Tracy was pretty stressful. Remember people having a confirmation doesn't matter!!!

Worst service ever. They left me stuck without a vehicle. Even though I had made reservations ahead of time and promised me, one would be available. Them offer no options to resolve the issue Other than I could go to another store. The closest one was 20+ miles away. I have no vehicle. How do I get there? Walk? They have the worst customer service.

Not a lot of car options and expensive. Car i had smelled like cigarettes and paint was messed up. Nice to have the option to rent a car in a small town in a rush though.

Daniel at the Oakdale location is a great worker and in it for his customers. This man should be promoted and doing more at corporate level. People like him make ur brand shine and stand out. Remember I didn’t have to go here but I chose to because of his interaction. He could help duplicate that. Hope that idea marinates and thank you Enterprise and thank you Daniel. Fantastic job.

It was so easy renting a car from Enterprise Rent-A-car being the first time I ever rented car in my life. I don't have credit cards so I used my debit card. It was hassle free.. ??

Worst customer service on the planet. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on McHenry in Modesto or another all together rudest person ever. They might decide not to rent you a car and you will waste you time, rude to the oth customer also. Pathetic.

Road debris in Yosemite caused massive damage to my rental's front passenger tire. Alamo put in an exchange request to this Oakdale Enterprise, so I drove about 160 miles on a spare tire to arrive. October 28th, I arrived at 12:02 and knocked on the door along with my wife and infant daughter, but a sign said they close for lunch at 12:00, the person inside did not open, so we waited.At 1:00, a gentleman named Josiah, I believe (no name tag), opened the door. He claimed there was no record of the request despite him speaking to the Alamo representative on the phone who definitely showed a request having been made. Afterward, he simply and literally shrugged his shoulders and said they didn't have any cars for us. His attitude got worst when I mentioned that the car would be driven to San Francisco Airport. I implored him to please find us a car, since I was traveling with a baby. Josiah claimed there were no cars for us unless we were willing to take a car that was much smaller than what we were currently driving and would not fit our luggage. And the car he offered had not been cleaned - which is a COVID issue. When I declined that car, he said there was nothing he could do. His indifference and callousness was staggering; absolutely no empathy.So, on a spare tire, I had to arrange to get the car fixed on my own because this Enterprise in Oakdale decided to turn away a customer with a damaged vehicle. Shame on Josiah and shame on Enterprise for making this such an ordeal for us. I will absolutely never use Enterprise for a rental irrelevant of how cheap the rate is compared to other agencies.

100% turnaround! The Modesto and Oakdale actually collaborated on this effort and saved a mom in distress! They immediately made a car available and even picked me up to bring me to the office and complete the paperwork, since I was stranded after a horrible accident. THANK YOU to BOTH locations. But DEFINITELY look into your phone system. Something is not working there. You are probably losing a lot of opportunities. When I select "2" for rental, I end up in what sounds like a fax machine.

Ash gave me the best rental car experience I’ve ever had. He saved my weekend and made me want to only use Enterprise. I really appreciate his customer service!
