Absolutely horrible customer service. Me and my family have had a storage unit for years when we tried to give notice and close it out they were incredibly unprofessional, really sad we have so much money to them after all these years. Sue was the incredibly rude worker.

The place is always clean and the girls in the office are so friendly. Great storage facility!
