We purchased a new refrigerator at Bordona's this week. Blanca was wonderful in assisting with our selection and securing the sale. She was knowledgeable and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Today it was delivered to our home by team Tommy and Jacob. They, too, were wonderful. They were professional, personable, and efficient. Beginning to end, our experience with Bordona's was top notch. Thank you so much!

We decided to go with Bordona’s instead of our local furniture store, and we sure are glad we did. I knew which sofa that I wanted, the Flexsteel Jarvis loveseat with center console in mocha brown. We have wasted money on lesser quality sofas for far too long, and the power sofas break down and fail within five years, not-so-coincidentally when the extended warranty ends. (It was actually wrenching my back because both seats sloped down toward the center console where the mechanism failed!)
Anyway, our experience with Bordona’s was flawless from beginning to end. We never went into the store and did everything over the telephone and online. The people in the store were extremely responsive and friendly, and they ordered our sofa and it arrived three weeks earlier than we expected! The delivery guys were awesome, very professional, careful with our floors, and they were in and out of here within probably 25 minutes, and that includes setting up our new sofa and hauling away the old one. We had a 9 AM to 2 PM window, and they showed up promptly at 9 AM which left our whole day free. We applied and qualified for zero percent financing online, so I think our payments on a $2,500 sofa are only going to be around $40 a month. We opted for the extended warranty and removal of our old sofa so the total was closer to $3,000. I think we are going to buy furniture with zero percent financing from now on. It allows us to buy a QUALITY piece of furniture or kitchen or laundry room appliance that we can pay off interest free within 12 months, and then we can move to the next quality household item that we need without affecting our budget too much. As far as the sofa itself goes, I didn’t realize how much we needed it. The back and neck support are amazing, and the Flexsteel has such clean lines that it made our old power sofa look like a big dinosaur. It’s beautiful and reflects the quality and care it was made with. Thank you Bordona’s! See you in about a year! :)

As of now I can only review the process of buying a new washer and dryer. Our washing machine went out...of course, in the afternoon of a Sunday. Irritated that I had only bought the Maytag washer about 2 years prior, my husband and I decided to go ahead and splurge for the purchase of a new Speed Queen washer and dryer. Blanca at Bordona's was excellent, helpful and accommodating. My husband was able to go pick up an in stock set that day and within 2 hours we had our brand new washer and dryer installed and laundry going again. My husband said the store and staff were wonderful and mentioned that if we need to buy furniture or something else, we will check out Bordona's.

We have come to Bordonas many times in our everyday furniture and appliance needs. Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top, microwave, washer and dryer, misc furniture decor, and most recently mattresses. The staff is always professional and assist us in getting exactly what we need.
