“I rarely give Five Stars but I'd give more if I could. I will say I've only been here twice, years apart, but each time I leave 100% satisfied. They're very friendly, unlike another Garage in Oakdale, are very honest, explain exactly what your vehicle needs, are very quick, deliver on time and prices are very reasonable if not the best in the city, again unlike another Garage in Oakdale that I won't name. The first visit I just knew I needed a rebuilt transmission, according to others, so we saved up a little and took it into Auto Tech. I arrived home and started making arrangements for a rental when Auto Tech called, told me they were finished and the total was $38 for the oil change. Apparently on the last oil change at Quickie Lube they didn't tighten the oil can enough and it was leaking. Auto Tech could've easily taken me for a few thousand more. This past visit my alternator gave out and I was given a number to call for repairs by AAA. I called the other Garage in Oakdale, they were not only rude on the phone but told me they couldn't even touch it for another 17 days. Thank God I remembered Auto Tech, they were very welcoming on the phone and said it would be done in three days, they are wrong, it only took two days! I'll never go anywhere else ever again. Any and all motor needs for myself and my family will be taken to Auto Tech and Not to any other Oakdale Garage 's.”
“Mitch saved us a huge headache when another garage in Sonora created a bigger mess when attempting to complete a repair. (their mistake ended up burning up 2 catalytic converters!) Mitch not only dealt with the other repair shop to get payment (vs. us having to pay him directly and then run around trying to get reimbursed from the original shop), but he also got our vehicle running well enough to drive it the ~140 miles back home. Mitch clearly has an extensive knowledge when it comes to auto repair--we were lucky to find him!”

“I want to take a moment to recognize the customer service, quality, and integrity of PDT. I have my 69 Bronco I had taken here for an TBI issue and asked for their help. They did the best with the equipment I had and recommended a system that would be better suited. When I inquired about a more expensive system then the one they recommended, instead of up selling me, they were honest about the performance to cost ratio not being worth it. I moved forward with their recommendation and never looked back.Steve and his team perform the cleanest instals and detailed tunes. From communication to follow up, I wouldn't recommended anywhere else..”

“On our way home with our horse, our horse trailer had a flat tire. We pulled over and called Roadsidd assistance. We waited for three hours and they still hadn’t showed. Someone drove by and told us she went into Sonora Tire shop and told them we were stuck on the side of the road with a horse. The owner of Sonora tire shop was at our trailer within two minutes and had our tire swapped out within five minutes. I’ve been needing new tires for my trailer so we followed him right back to his shop and put new tires on. I am blown away by the customer service and the fact that he came out of his way to help us. Sonora tire has a new customer for life. I will drive from two towns over to come to this place and recommend them to everyone.”
