The girls that worked there messed up my account and after playing a game of phone tag talking with AT&T customer care they keep telling me I need to contact this store directly for fixing my account but I called and someone at this store said he will transfer me to the front gals that worked on my account and then the call hung up on me. And now every time I keep calling there's no answer and another AT&T rep that it redirects to said there phone line is not being answered. So it makes me think that there just ignoring the problem they created with my account.

Arrived at store to grumpy store employee. I was given an appointment to pick up a phone. I was immediately told they do not do appointments here. The employee could not provide me with information on stock they had in the store and started assisting another employee with their customer. I called while in store to try to figure out why I had been told to come to store to pick up phone. Employee started yelling across room with other customers present regarding my phone conversation. Apparently now she wanted to help. She is the manager! Super disappointed that a manager would be yelling, especially that she is the actual manager. such a poor example of management! Beyond ridiculous. I've been an AT&T customer for 10 years atleast. Time to hire an adult that can handle their title and stop them from representing AT&T this way..

We had a great experience at the AT&T store in Oakdale. Leah was very helpful and patient with us. Her advice was good. She got my new iPhone 15 set up, put on the case and screen protector and handled the trade in.

Ok so to start out we have a few phones in our household and yet another needed to be added. AT&T is our choice and we headed for the local phone store.Met Matthew, have you met Matthew? What a great young man. Very present and relaxed and listed to my needs and what I wanted. He provided answers and interjected personal anecdotes along the way. The whole time still feeling like he listened and cared about what I needed. Phone rang and handled it quickly and right back to me.More customers came in and he let them know he was finishing with me and was on the way, all in a relaxing reassuring tone like he had everything well in hand. Finished my purchase with some discounts I didn't account for and out the door I went , a new iPhone 14 pro max for the wife and Christmas was saved. Thank you AT&T for the phone and thank you Matthew for your time and attention.

I was in need of a newer phone . It was obvious , warm , recharging all the time. The salespersons acknowledged that buying a phone out right was basically a loss in opportunity to upgrade your phone , with little or no expense. Did I tell you I had my phone for at least 4 yrs. Upgrading not my issue. So In reality a service I will not likely need. Looking at my Bill that fee was present. I picked out a guardz cover for my phone. A large otter box looking cover. Off I went 3-4 wks later returned because with phone calls people can't hear me. Same gentleman helped me , he said it's the cover !! Really you sold it to me, his reply too long since you last purchased no refund!?!?! It's starting .. So with the expense of the new phone I purchased, he suggested returning the old phone , a refund of $350. Great!! Come to find out ... while your paying for your new phone 36 mos, (they piece meal that refund money over that time frame. If you did want to pay off your phone early , too bad the refund goes away??? Did I not pay for that old phone out right! Very strange how a well established business, is clever to overlook your good will to send in a somewhat working phone to be refurbished and possibly resold? The hopes of a Refund, a figment of my imagination. Careful!! See it in writing before jumping into a contract or proposed refund.

I had purchased a new phone online and took it to this store to have it activated and the lady was by herself but she handled everything fine. She set the phone up and set up some preferences for me in no time! Clean store and convenient for me as I don't live here but work in this area

Oakdale att best we went to Manteca store no help but Jennifer and Sean were very knowledgeable and helpful they went over board to make sure all my needs were taken care of even if that meant both of them helping us out
