Free slurpee day was a travesty. No free slurpee for us :( cutoff was 7pm, we were charged full price . Store was so sticky and dirty. Now my soul feels empty with no free slurpee :(

Drove all the way across town in this 103 degree weather with my son for a money order for him to tell me he couldn’t because “that specific register was closed” so he “couldn’t “ the machine was not broken just that register is not open…….

I had a great experience my 1st experience at this location. I literally walked there after leaving the ER (I had been taken by ambulance and the wait for an Uber was 3.5 hours... and regardless of my injury I had to get home to my 16 month old)So 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‘s to the young woman around my age (40) whom was kind enough to loan me $10. I stopped in approximately 10 days ago to leave her the funds + - yet another kind employee make this time.HOWEVER, tonight I had called to see if they had any Chardonnay (I literally never indulge) before I placed a Door Dash order. I have no idea who answered, however, she was extremely rude! i.e. did not listen to my question, spoke over me (to name a few). MORE IMPORTANTLY, than the last interaction. I just called 2x to see if when I had left the thank you and repaid the angel; I had accidentally left my CDL and Chase card. To no avail. Who ever is on duty tonight, must’ve been reallyyy busy for five minutes. A little kindness goes a long way. Learn from the petite woman who worked 6 May, 2021 as well as the young man whose birthday is 14 Aug. smh ?♀️

INDIAN LADY cashier is arrogant and rude. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!Are you really gonna do something if the arrogant and rude cashier is connected to you “the owner” ? I encountered her 3-4 times and the same treatment.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Absolute worst customer service here they do not know respect. I went in here before paying forgot my ID went back into my car and had my husband get out the lady then proceeded to ask my husband if he knew the lady in the car (me) he said yes. She then said she would refuse any service unless I left the parking lot. I left the parking lot and she did not ID him. While the lady had her whole family inside the gas station with her just sitting there. I do not recommend giving this place even 1$ for a soda because of there unprofessionalism and bringing family to hang out in the work place when she is not even the Owner.

My 13 year son walked into this store and was followed. He was asked by the owner after touching a bag of Cheetos if he was going to buy anything? He did not take his eyes off my son so my son left and felt very uncomfortable. My husband and I went into the store and asked him why he treated out son this way. He said "our son looked like he was going to steal something". He then threatened to call the police on us and came out to the parking lot to demand us to remove our car/boat from the parking lot. He said it was his private property. We were waiting for our food for the restaurant adjacent to his building in the parking lot. We left the parking lot as he demanded and parked on the street to continue waiting for our food.
