This place is always out of stock only twice and gone and when there is no soap the maqui there is not much pressure in the management

The vacuume machine ROBBED my card of $10, and also my husband's card, $10,.. there's no one to contact, nothing we can do about it,.. just bullsh$t!!!!!!!

I used the change machine which kept my 5.00. No change. Contacted phone number and was sent a check. It was returned NSF. No phone number to contact them. I had number but it was back in April so number was cleared

The credit card function stopped every three minutes without the possibility of renewing the timer, so you have to stop every three minutes to re insert credit card and not get any extended washing time.

Like the place, the wash was okay today, but I think something with the vacuum was wrong, haven't been there in a while, I remember the vacuum with way more suction. So the money for the vacuum was a waste.

Incredibly good carwash with great product s you can see in the finish. Tall enough for 10'6"" camper wash. Has dryer on wall option and vacuum is strong. Favorite carwash

They made 3 mistakes on one service. Admitted to 2 but not the damage to my car. Will not be returning. Beware. They're in a rush and overlook things. They burned my interior and won't admit it, of course.

What a rip off! $50 for a car wash that I had to redo. The few leaves that were between the hood and windshield were still there and they didn't even wipe down the interior. I had to do it! Save yourself some grief and go to five points in Ventura. They're cheaper and do an excellent job.

I went to wash my car here today and you had a homeless woman camped out in her van there screaming at me the whole time. You guys need to monitor this situation.

I had just taken my white cream Shiba Inu to the vet and my black cloth interior was invaded by his hair! I had to go to work right after the appointment but couldn't drive to work with all of his hair flying up my nose and in my eyes. Luckily, I arrived at Ojai Spring Car Wash and asked them to expedite the interior vacuum and exterior wash since I had to get to work ASAP! The manager was super nice and made sure her employees did a faster job than normal. I also needed a lint remover for my suit jacket and the manager made it happen by grabbing one from the basket and handing it to me ( I was already not happy that I had to stop at another store and buy one), but the manager was so accommodating and service-minded! Thank you for making it happen in less than 25 min! Car looks awesome!!
