Over the years I have moved all my banking type accounts and my mortgage to them as well as have their credit card ... I have also have had car loans in the past with them too. I have found that they have some of the best rates for accounts, cards and loans which is why I have continued my financial business with them. I do most of my banking business at the Ventura branch and at times when nearby at the Oxnard branch. I have found that the staff in both locations are professional, polite and knowledgeable. No regrets! Highly recommend CBC FCU for your banking needs.”

“This Chase bank is a small neighborhood branch. It’s clean inside and outside. All the staff are nice and friendly. Rarely wait in line here and if you do it’s super short. They have 2 ATM’s in the branch in the outside/inside sun porch area. After hours you’ll need your card to gain access inside the ATM area. I’ve been pretty pleased banking with Chase seems like they offer more perks and much less hassle when it comes to getting your money or updating or changing something. Definitely recommend this local branch to do your banking and to come sign up for an account of you do t already bank with Chase.”

They could have competitive hours, although of late most are more accommodating, locations, and excessive fees of course can be a deal breaker. All that being said, what can really set an institution apart, even a bar above the rest, is it's people ~ In person interaction. We were having issues w/a cashier check, from one of our other bank accounts, (a cashier check is supposed to be as valid as cash) so we went back to Chase, where we have numerous accounts, Raul took care of all of all our cash banking needs. He was very efficient, friendly, seemed happy ~ a reflection of his employer, making for a very pleasant experience. This fellow is very young. If he has pride in his work & customer service this early in his career, I'm confident he'll be successful in any endeavor. Chase is lucky to have him.”

“Friendly and knowledgeable employees - this location offers the type of excellent service I am accustomed to as a long term customer of Bank of America. I've never been inside this location before but the teller who assisted me treated me like family and went above and beyond. She definitely redeemed the ridiculously poor experience I received at another location recently. I was in and out quickly! Ample parking in a private lot and very clean and well organized branch.”

Went inside and only found the ATM's. Did I miss the in-store small branch? Either way good thing wells Fargo customers have ATM's in different places. Everyone likes to avoid the fee when withdrawing from a bank not their own. Thank you.”
“I was with Unisys Credit Union that was Western Federal Credit Union then Unify Credit union. You couldn't pay me to join a bank. Since 1976 I have seen the changes and it seems to be getting better all the time. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere and personal service. I just consider this my Credit Union and I really don't want to share but I understand they need members. LOL.”

1215 Maricopa Hwy, Ojai“I mean, who reviews a bank... really? Well, ME because this is the best branch I've ever been to. My mom passed a couple of years ago and my local branch in Ventura had given me very confusing and overwhelming information about how to close out her accounts... so I put it off. It was really hard to lose my mom and I definitely didn't want the extra stress of doing this daunting task. Finally made an appointment at my mom's branch that she used in Ojai. Christina was absolutely amazing, accommodating and patient. She was able to process everything while making us feel comfortable and welcome. She was so incredibly personable while yet professional. We realized that we needed a notary and were informed that if you're a Chase member, that it is a provided service. The notary was booked but managed to fit us in. Maria was also amazing to us! Explained everything in detail and even asked about my mom which I thought was very sweet. Everything was explained to us in detail along the way which I appreciate immensely. This was the last thing that needed to be done on behalf of my mom and I was stressed about it all week. Thank you Christina and Maria! I will never forget how kind you both were to us! Absolutely fantastic service :)”
“the Bank is great. Really great service at the bank. But the Phone service use to be great but I recently had to use it a few times and they seem to be lacking knowledge and haven't been able to help me. They need to do a better job on the phone and gain more experience. Other there gonna end up losing me as a customer. I needed help and I went to the bank to ask for help but they told me to call customer service. Then they couldn't help and they blamed the office so which is it. I'm guessing the phone service is to blame. Train them right Rabobank or me and if this is happening to others they will leave too.”
