CALLED AAA FOR A TOW. THEY DISPATCHED LOCAL THOMPSON’S TOWING IN OJAI TO INSPECT VEHICLE. LOL THEY DIDN’T WANT TO TOW. SO, I MADE A QUICK CALL ☎️ TO GREG’S RENT TO SEE IF THEY HAD A CAR TRAILER. GREG, SAID I SURE DO COME GET IT. GREG WILL ALWAYS GO OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. YARD FULL OF MATERIAL, EQUIPMENT FOR ANY JOB. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, YARD GUYS ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO ASSIST LOADING UP TO GET YOU ON YOUR WAY.

Great place to get propane and firewood! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Only a 15 minute drive from where we were camped at Emma Wood State Beach.

Make sure you know what you are getting. I requested a skidsteer for 27 May. Delivered a Kubota mini excavator. I called them and they picked it up couple hours later. Still charged me $422.00. After nearly 45 days of talking with them still no refund. Everytime I talk with them it "oh we will fix it". Even the Owner Greg told me there would be no charge. UPDATE: 16 July I received a letter from Greg rents apologizing for the miscommunication and that everything had been corrected. I am honestly impressed that after so much time they still went out of their way with a hand written letter.

Greg Rents is a fantastic business! They were very helpful getting me set up with the right generator I needed. The staff is very friendly and made me feel like an old friend when I returned the tool. I highly recommend them for your rental needs.

Full Disclaimer: I'm a former employee.Review:-The owner: Greg is the type of guy with a can do attitude. He'll work with you to make sure you're getting what you need and work on making deals with you. He is full of new Ideas that definitely brings a lot to the table. He is also incredibly involved in the community witch is just awesome-The business: Greg Rents is overall a great business to go to. As someone who has worked for various rental companies I can say that Greg's its the type of business id rent from before any other. They have so many different type of equipment and materials you can generally find what you need. The staff is awesome from the Yard staff all the way to the desk staff and management. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Very expensive. They said a one day rental on a concrete drill would be $ 65..... not cheap when I brought it back there was sales tax, natch, a 3.50 charge for using a credit card (new to me) and then a fee for "Oak Vies, CA" of almost $5. Total $ 79... for a rental for 20 hours on a hand held tool..... I also had the feeling at both pick up and delivery that I was in a club where I was not a member. Their property was a mess.... glad I had not washed my car. Never again.
