Rude indifferent staff with no customer service decorum to speak of, my partner will simply frequent other more pleasant branches and avoid this one, I would advise you follow suit and maybe they will get better staff.

The only benefit to coming here is no line. But beware of the customer service because it's horrible. I go out of my way to never come to this bank. Don't waste your time.

I cannot benchmark with other branches but this one is really bad. Rotating managers; no relationship while I am holding large cash account. Lauren appears to be the bright light—one the longest tenured employee there…if all fails, reach out to her. She helps.

Wells Fargo is a horrible bank. But I'm stuck banking with them because unfortunately they lower my student loans about .1% the workers at this bank make me hate banking with them even more. They take forever. Are rude, and are lazy when it comes to finding solutions to problems. When I was in there the guy greeting people offered the man in front of me coffee and water but didn't offer me anything or even acknowledge me. The teller couldn't answer any of the questions I had nor take the time to go ask anyone with more knowledge.

I opened an account in this Wells Fargo in 2013. Over time, I do more and more of my banking at WF and mostly because of the friendly and nice people working in this branch. If the tv show Cheers had been set in a bank, instead of a bar, it would have been set in this branch. They know and greet you by name. Then they help you with whatever you need. Just a nice, unpretentious, friendly and relaxing (yes, relaxing) place to have in my day's routine on many days.

I'm not sure where to begin...friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and more. If you're not a customer, you should be! P.S. that's Lauren hanging with my kid so I can take care of what needed to be done. Does your bank do that? (Thanks Lauren!!)

Great WF location! The bankers are personable, knowledgeable and genuinely look out for your best interest! Lauren is always very helpful and makes sure you understand the process/product at the bank. I give them SIX STARS!

Brandon was great! Went into the branch a few days earlier, and got the runaround. Called today, and Brandon was very helpful. He called me back twice, and called another branch manager and set up an appointment for me when we figured out that they couldn't accomplish what I needed.

Excellent service at this branch. They greet you when you enter and then direct you to whomever is best suited to meet your need. Lauren W. provides great customer service.

Save yourself some major headache, and choose another bank or branch. After needing to close all business and personal accounts following a theft, the branch manager and representative manage to make mistakes after mistakes. From not ordering checks when opening a checking account (!) to forgetting to order a credit card, I have yet to receive everything. And it's been 30 days! Mike, the manager, will not try to help, offer solutions, or look for answers. Carlos, the rep, will not follow up when he says he will, will avoid your calls, and will lie about what has been done to cover his tracks. I had to call another branch to get some real answers, and discover that it took them 3 weeks to simply order checks and credit card. The worst customer service, with no attempt for resolution. They should close the branch and leave the ATMs.
