“I am so grateful to have found Montessori of North Ranch and we have had an exceptional experience over the last 7 years. The teachers are wonderful. Ms. Devina, in particular, exudes an incredible amount of love for the children. She connects with each child on a personal level and went above and beyond to help my children feel comfortable and succeed. Ms. Neda, her coteacher, is equally kind and nurturing. I truly cannot express how grateful I am to these two teachers for helping my children learn and grow. Additionally, all of the other teachers and staff (Ms Payal, Ms Sara, Ms Hannah, Ms Silva) have been gentle and loving. Academically, the school was outstanding. They use a Montessori approach that met each child at their ability level, which was incredibly effective. Ms Devina is an amazing educator - she taught both my children to read and nurtured their individual interests - encouraging my child to write and even introduced him to early multiplication. The directors Ms Rola and Ms Joanna are truly invested in the program. The facility is impeccably clean, with a well run and organized program, and safety is clearly a top priority. My children also loved music with Mr B and dance with Ms Nicki. We loved attending the children's performances/holiday and spring shows. Overall, my experience at MONR was nothing short of exceptional. I have recommended it to numerous friends and colleagues and will continue to do so without hesitation. If you're looking for a preschool that is both academically excellent and emotionally supportive, I highly recommend this program. The teachers' love and dedication are palpable, and the children thrive under their care.”

“We are so fortunate to have found the Kids n' Things Preschool in Simi Valley. From our first phone call with Carol, we knew this was the place for Kai. Carol invited us for a visit/tour to meet the 3's teachers, Miss Elaine and Miss Tammy. We saw where he would play, and learned about their curriculum. Clearly these kiddos learn through play. We could not be more grateful for the patience, the love and the respect they have shown Kai while he learns to be away from Mommy for the first time. They work with him, they sit with him, the talk with him, and they reassure him that his family will pick him up everyday. They are centrally located in the center of Simi Valley, open at 6 am and close at 7 pm to accommodate working families. They are flexible with the days that Kai needs to come which is extraordinarily helpful for Kai's mom, as she works in healthcare and her schedule is always fluid. We are also very pleased with the level of security that is provided. We love the communication between the teachers and mom. The teachers have been so wonderful since day one, even sending pictures of Kai throughout his day, knowing that it would give mom some relief seeing that he is doing okay.It is always hard to leave your little for the first time. We know that Kai is safe, making friends, learning to eat new foods, learning about numbers and letters and that the care he is receiving is everything we could have possibly hoped for. Thank Miss Elaine and Miss Tammy from the bottom of our hearts for all you do for Kai. We are beyond grateful for your loving care. Kai is thriving and becoming more independent because of you both.”

“This is an outstanding preschool. I cannot recommend it highly enough. The teachers really care about the children and I feel like my daughter is in good hands when I drop her off in the morning. I also like the fact they communicate really well with me throughout the day via text if needed and even will send me photos of my daughter if requested.The location is wonderful because it's close to the 23 freeway and Sunset Hills so it's easy to get to. It's a perfect place to/from work. The way the school is situated is that you can't hear any freeway noise from the school and it's higher than the freeway so there is never any debris or pollution from it.The outdoor playground is excellent. I've found some preschools and really small outdoor areas and very little interaction with real ground. Other preschools we've seen do not even have an area where you child can touch the earth. It's all concrete everywhere at other schools. Whole Child has a natural setting with trees and earth for the children to play. My daughter loves it.We originally sent our son here and he is doing so well at his K-5 school now (Lang Ranch) due to the foundation that Whole Child gave him. Our daughter is now attending and she loves it here. They are so good to her and the school really feels like family to me.You will be very happy sending your children here.”

“Our son, Miles, loves this school. It's such a warm, cozy and enriching environment. The teachers and director are compassionate and amazing. They really care about the kids development and education. I also love how communicative they are. We receive daily text updates on their activities with pictures. Miss Nidia and Miss Karina really take their time to answer any questions we have regarding his growth or changes in behavior, etc. The Director Miss Suzi is just as helpful and very organized, keeping parents aware of upcoming schedules and weekly events. She seems to really appreciate and value her team. The rooms are clean, colorful and full of sensory related tools and materials. The playground has several structures with various areas for the kids to explore and burn energy. They follow all COVID protocols even providing testing on site for parents and kids. They take temperature checks at every morning drop off.I am so happy we found this gem. They have a fantastic summer camp as well. Miles had a blast in it. I'll definitely put my third son in Shepherd when he is old enough. If you are looking for a happy, well-run school, bring your child here and watch them thrive..”

“We moved here from NorCal and finding childcare was one of our biggest concerns. Enriching hour was so accommodating with all of our chaos, uncertainties, and shifting timelines. More importantly, the teachers and staff were amazing and made the transition for our toddler practically seamless. If it wasn’t for enriching hour, the move and transition to our new home would have been much harder.Great, engaging activities! “It's been years since my boys went here, but I went online and saw that Mrs. Gordon, and Mrs. C are still there, so i had to leave a review. This is a fantastic pre-school! The staff are all so kind and caring and are always doing fun activities with the kids! My boys would bring art and other creative things home all of the time, and they were always so happy when I picked them up! It's scary sending your little one to school for the first time, but you can feel comfortable and confident knowing that they will be in very good hands at Crossroads!”

“I'm so impressed with the level of care my child receives at Gan Malibu. Being a first time mom can be a challenge, but the thought of leaving my child was incredibly difficult. The teachers at the infant center made me feel so comfortable and gave me such great peace of mind. I receive daily updates and pictures of my son having an amazing time with friends playing, learning, exercising and receiving so much love! My sons vocabulary and confidence has increased so much since joining the school and interacting with all the children and teachers. When I pick him up he wants us to stay and play more! “We’ve been through our share of preschools and Little Scholars Montessori in Moorepark is by far one of the best! Meals included. Kind, patient empathic teachers. A beautiful bright space and awesome play area that’s not along a major road. The director, Jennifer, is amazing. Our son is DHH (Deaf/Hard of Hearing) and they have gone out of their way to accommodate him/us. They were recommended to us by a friend who knew a special needs family whose child attended there. Most of the kids are “normal” functioning, but it takes a special kind of teacher to work with special needs kids, so you know all the kids there are extra loved and well taken care of!!”

“We had just moved to LA, and I was looking for something special. Luckily, I heard from a friend who was in education to check out Muse. Besides the gorgeous campus in the Santa Monica Mountains, the thing that sold me on Muse during my visit, was none of the adults were talking down to the students, they seemed liked equals. Students are active in their education and we especially love that they choose a passion project every semester to focus on a subject of their choice. I really love the staff at Muse. Not only are the teachers stellar and extremely qualified, they are kind and inspiring leaders. My kids couldn't be happier. They bring home plants. They have their own gardens at school and eat plant based meals for lunch every day. They have amazing friends and love playing sports and performing in the school plays. We couldn't be happier with Muse and it keeps getting better! This is our 5th year!”

“I chose Little Explorers Preschool for my daughter after touring several schools in Simi Valley, including SVM. Little Explorers stood out to me for their emphasis on safety and cleanliness, as well as the structured and organized environment. The teachers were also observed deep cleaning the classrooms when I came to tour, it really stood out to me! The school also provides quarterly updates, which is a great feature. My daughter loves it and came home from her first day talking about her teachers and singing songs. The atmosphere is warm and comforting, and the enrollment process was smooth and easy, thanks to the director. Overall, I am very happy with my choice of Little Explorers Preschool for my daughter. “This is a great school to send your child. My son is 7 months and has been attending since he was four months but they can go as early as 6weeks. He is learning a lot. He is sitting up on his own without support is able to rollover which he learned from all the fun activities they do with him. He's also made friends that will last a life time. They also get to do picture day twice a year and the photos come out great. They even get to meet Santa I'm december. When my son gets older he will get to learn even more cool things and have the opportunity to go through their twos program that works on potty training. Come give them your you will love it here”
