Terrible customer service!! Do not bring your business here. I brought in my bridesmaid dress to be altered and am convinced that she did not shorten it at all!! I made the mistake of leaving without trying it on but when I tried to bring it back, she told me I had to pay more because it was MY FAULT! I took my business somewhere else more trustworthy and will not return to Oak Park Cleaners.

They destroyed two of my shirts I sent for dry cleaning and refused to repair them.Not nice and pleasant people.

Jenny is absolutely incredible. She tailors all of my alterations and always does an impeccable job. To date, she has hemmed a vintage wool cape, vintage bell bottom jeans, two bridesmaids dresses and my sister's designer prom dress. She has the skill to do difficult fabrics and completely re-structure outfits. I had a bridesmaid's dress that was horrific (the lining was WAY too tight and tapered, while the netting was baggy and shapeless. She was able to hem the dress, and take that fabric to make a new panel. In the end, it was seamless. The dress looked better than the original that I had seen online. So not only is Jenny incredible at making you look good in a timely fashion, she is very reasonably priced and FAST. big jobs (like the restructuring of my dress) take about a week. While small jobs only take a few days. If you need something dry cleaned or altered, this is the place to take your things.

The lady who greeted me was very kind and accommodating when I went into get my dress washed and tailored for an upcoming party. They were timely and their service was great!

The best dry cleaners in the bay!!!! Robyn and Ann are the SWEETEST ladies in the universe and ALWAYS go the extra mile! I absolutely adore them and could not be more grateful. They are so incredibly knowledgeable regarding any kind of stain removal, etc, and do alterations as well! Fast turnaround, fair prices, and top notch service.
