Supply and demand market forces will determine whether this Goodwill franchisee's business model of pricing and stocking locally donated items at retail prices because they are adjacent to high end homes will work. It doesn't work for me so it's back to the barrio for great deals on much of the same stuff. One just has to be more patient and dig. If I want to pay near retail I'll shop online.

Nice store but small. Good quality items but a lot of small sizes in clothing. Great staff and a lot of housewares if that's what you're looking for.

Love this store! It’s smaller than other Goodwills but makes treasure hunting fast and easy. Thank you Marjorie and Brandon for always being attentive and keeping those shelves full ??

Great selection. Kind staff. Comically high prices. These are donated items and the tag prices are uncomfortably close to new item prices. Very little motivation to shop at any goodwill these days.

Went to buy a few small items. Went to the cash register and the price was $17.34. The person working the counter said "would you like to round up a dollar to donate?" And I said sure. She, said, ok that'll be $18.34. I explained that's not how rounding up works and she said, yeah I added a dollar. When she refused to change it, I left frustrated with that level of incompetence. However, the main reason for the 1 star review was finding out how Goodwill treats their workers and the amount of money the company profits despite lying to the government claiming they are a charity.

I’ve been shopping at Goodwill with my mother since I was a young child. We love to search for hidden gems together, curating our taste around ourselves rather than a mannequin or branding add. This goodwill was by far my favorite because of Gabriella. She chooses select items to display and will help each customer with their purchase based on their taste and sizing. She is competent, kind, hard working, and talented. They are lucky to have Gabriela, she deserves a raise!

Kind of a strange place where sometimes the service is great and other occasions not positive. They call themselves a higher end boutique Goodwill but truth be told their items are no different or fancier from other Goodwill locations, just priced higher. Its disheartening when you have a donor coupon you're friendly about disclosing you want to use, but they resolutely turn you down because they're new, no one's there to help them, and they don't know how to do it. Don't complain about your job when at least you have one, and one learns by practical dedication. If I didn't shop Goodwill frequently it would bother me but I would have at least liked to use the discount. On occasions this location might rate up to a 5 but sometimes it's closer to a 1. The (newbie?) man also refused to sell us some books complaining that tag thieves remove the stickers on all kinds of items, and at the counter try to low ball the books off to subsequently resell them. Don't know about that although I suppose it happens. It didn't seem that he adhered to the general posted price for paper and hardbacks. One could go back the next day and be able to buy them. What's so funny, humorous or ironic, is they hit you with their "Would you like to round your purchase off today?" again- no matter what. Know what would be cool- maybe? If they bought one of the neighboring revolving empty units and made it a regular Goodwill, staff the store up and stock it with roomy treasures at standard prices. If you get this older man he'll possibly tell you Sorry, the manager isn't here today, come back another time, I'm new at this. This store has been here quite a long time and they do have some cool things so don't ace it out completely.

Listed as a donation spot but the staff will not accept donations. Watched several cars turned away.

To be perfectly honest, we have never purchased anything at this Goodwill store, despite peeking in just to see what they have. But we have dropped off plenty of items. The staff is very kind and they keep the area outside nice and tidy. We never ask for donations receipts, and we try to donate "responsibly." Bless their hearts, they try to do a good job with all the affluenza going on in our area (and yes, we are guilty of spreading some too).

Drove 30 minutes to get to this store and they have a sign on their door saying "out to lunch" ridiculous

Almost every experience I've had at this GW has been great, most of the workers there are very friendly. I shop there all the time and most of their clothes make up my wardrobe. I once didn't have enough money to buy a purse but I got it discounted, from a lady who was working there (Diane I think). I highly suggest stopping by, or just peeking through the window.
