Overall, the store is nice. However, I went to the pharmacy to pick up my medication and waited in line; they didn't have the medication ready (previously told me it was) and told me to return in 10 minutes. I came back in 10 minutes, and the pickup line was long. I was trying to clarify where I would wait since I previously waited in line; this male worker (short black hair) gave me so much attitude, was disrespectful, laughing, and practically raised his voice at the pharmacy. It was so unprofessional. I am changing pharmacy locations.

Talk about the the worst (Pharmacy) service ever. If you needs meds filled not the place for you. Lazy lazy lazy lazy wow did COVID really screw people's work ethic. The lady literally said I can call about ur refill but I can only stay on the line for maybe two minutes. Because they never answer. As she was standing there just blabbering her mouth about none sense with her coworker. Then when I mentioned workers comp and me not having to pay for the medication and she was like "oh that's just such a long process I have to input lots of information." Wow

Tamara is the sweetest person to deal with- she has such a pleasant attitude and is amazing with customers. I love coming to CVS for her!

The store itself is clean and well stocked, but one of the employees who work the checkouts, Maurice, is extremely condescending and rude. I've had several interactions with him, and each time he gave off an attitude like it's beneath him to help the customers, and I'm not worth his time or energy.

Not a zoo and James the pharmacy guy is amazing! Selection not as wide as the one on Agoura Rd, but staff is super nice!

They don’t answer their phone. I called the store and they connected me to the pharmacy. All I wanted to find out is if they have the new booster shot. When I got there the pharmacist said it was by appointment only. I did have an appointment. There was no line. She was kinda rude. Wonder if I didn’t have an appointment would she have given me the booster. No one was waiting to get the booster shot.

Horrible customer service! I called the pharmacy to ask if my prescription was ready. They had me on hold for 47 minutes, I decided to drive to the store, and ask in person. After waiting in line, they said it’s under review. It only takes a few seconds to answer the phone and cater to your clients needs. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

Awesome Ms. Chris Collins ~ Greatest Appreciation for My "Booster Shot". Easy transition & on time Appts. My 2nd time @ this CVS & welcoming friendly experience @ the Pharmacy. Very Pretty Area & Variety of surrounding Shops & Salons. Childrens Play Recreational Facility . I've taken my Kids when they were Toddlers tho place had been renamed ~ I think was featured on a family movie .

If I could give it zero stars I would. Worst pharmacy ever. The other locations are better managed. I made an appointment for the flu vaccine. I checked in at my exact appointment time. 1 hour later, still no vaccine! And they're taking walk-ins. Why would you add walk ins into the system when you're already so backed up!! Poorly managed. I left. I will try a different location or Costco.
