I set up an "ANYTIME" VIRTUAL MAILBOX for my new business at FREEDOM POSTAL on Caliente Road in Oak Hills, CA in April 2023. Within four short months, Freedom Postal not only misbilled charges but without any notification or communication of any kind, they suddenly applied a 50% monthly rate increase! (which I discovered on my credit card bill). Doing business with Freedom Postal has been a frustrating and extremely disappointing experience, from being misled and misbilled to their lack of communication with valued customers. They appear to be highly unorganized and not operating on a professional or trustworthy level. I do not recommend their services. Fair warning to those hoping to establish a mailbox at a reputable business.

This postal service is very good. The people working there are courteous, and thoughtful. They try their very best to help all. We recognize there are extremely busy times, especially near holidays or special sales. Without them, we would worry about theft and sorting. Please use this service. They are great.

Always losing packages. Package shows delivered but they can never find it. Takes them like few days to find it. After few staff changes, seems like it's gone down hill. New staff is lazy. Always need to wait for someone to come to the front so they can go look for your package. Paying $300 a year for a mailbox but they want to charge $1 just to tape your shipping label when you have a package to ship out. Ridiculous. I understand if we didn't rent a mailbox

I wanted to THANK Jill who has been so very helpful each time I have come in for UPS shipping. Not only is she friendly, but also effiecient. I like knowing that any shipping needs I have can be met @ Freedom Postal. I recommend them to everyone. It's nice to get " service with a smile"

I was excited to see a new postal location in Oak Hills and especially when I saw this posted on their site "We strongly support the efforts of local health officials and government leaders working to contain the spread of the virus." Sadly this is false. I am an older man who is at high risk for Covid and every single time I have gone in to send a package, not one employee is wearing a mask. There was one week where a few employees did but that was very short lived. I completely understand that some people do not support wearing masks. However, it is one thing for those working at businesses that have limited public contact or for customers to not wear masks, but this is a business with high levels of customer contact where the owners and employees refuse to protect their customers. This week there are ZERO icu beds in the High Desert. But maybe because I'm older and at risk, my life doesn't matter to the owners of "Freedom" Postal. I wish it did. The smiles they give me when I walk in don't negate the virus they risk passing on to me. In their defense, maybe the masks are slightly uncomfortable. I know mine can be, but it sure beats wearing an N95 mask and all of the other protective gear that doctors and nurses have to wear. Many of my neighbors in Oak Hills are in the medical field and they refuse to step foot in this place. Because I'm at risk I'll be taking my business to the postal center down the street where they actually respect the health of their customers. I won't risk my life to send a package.

DREAM COME TRUE!! I never have to go to the post office again. Great customer service, love getting the notifications that I have mail so I don't have to stop in daily to check. Never waited more than a few minutes to be helped. And staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things. Thank you for being close to home and keeping my mail safe.

Freedom postal gives me the ability to pick up packages when I want to, the security that my mailbox isn't going to get broken into and the notification when I have packages I love it. We need to support small business in our area of Oak Hills
