“Let’s be real there’s lot of choices in smoke shops in Hemet, thankfully this is not only The closest to my house but turns out it’s the best one around for one Jordan and I believe his name is Jimmy are super knowledgeable and they’re easy to talk to. They’re not pushy and trying to upsell you stuff that you don’t need and they always know what I’m talking about whenever I’m explaining something that I don’t know the name of, and on top of all that the prices are honestly extremely competitive considering the type of Smoke Shop it is I expected higher prices, but I would say they have some of the better prices in the area but what really gets me is the boys I believe his name is Jimmy he works often in the morning and he is super nice super friendly super welcoming makes you feel really comfortable to shop and in the later part of the afternoon Jordan comes in and he’s like my Weedipedia …. Or my smoke needs search engin. It’s pretty impressive that couple of guys as young as them know as much as them which is why I really only go there. It’s not worth me wasting my time at other places where I walk in and explain something to somebody that doesn’t smoke and it takes me 20 minutes of charades until they figure out what I’m talking about or you can come in here and all you have to do is explain Three words and then always know what you’re talking about so that’s why I love these guys so 5 stars . If I could do more I wouldOh, and to add on one real quick thing, there’s a few reviews where people left really low stars simply based off of arriving one time and the store not being opened per advertised hours. Just to respond on that sometimes things happen in life and not every store is going to open right on your schedule. It’s called an emergency things happen but if 99% of the time the store opens on time as advertised, why would you leave a one star review unless you’re trying to affect their business that’s just my opinion.”

“Open till 10pm . Everyday of the week. Monday thru Sunday. Neon Green sign that says LIQUOR, but they don't sale liquor, but they are owned by the liquor store that does in the same plaza located on the exact opposite side. Located at the crossing of Heacock and Alessandro, opposite the street side that has Dairy Queen. The evening staff is cool. The last 10 min before closing are always the most busy. They open earlier than most other head shops. Like 8 or 9am. And always close late at 10pm .”
“I came in to check out the humidor last week and ended up getting a myself a few cigars, I’m impressed with the selection. The only downside is they’re definitely way over priced compared to my online source but still kind of glad they’re here local just in case I unexpectedly run out and just need to grab a good stick or two.”
“Been coming here steady for about 5 months, last time i got an elf the battery started to spark. I let the guy know and he shrugged it off saying you probably left it in the car...I did not.Kept coming back just thought maybe it was a one time with the device.Today i go and get flum wafer, within my first hit it starts to auto fire. I go back and the guy gave me an exchange for the same one. However this new flum the guy gave auto fired again in front of him. I know maybe this is probably a design flaw with vapes itself but to tell me "these are different sometimes it happens." Is not a valid answer, especially since these things are not cheap. I appreciate the exchange, threw it away within an hour because it auto fired for 2 minutes straight. This place is cool, pricey for certain things, just stay avoid from the flums.UPDATE!Went back and they replaced it for me, it was indeed a flum wafer issue. Thank you guys so much. Will be back soon.”
“I don't smoke, but my husband does occasionally. So I was shopping for something unusual or fancy for Christmas. The gentleman in the shop was helpful and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing the difference between cigars. He pointed out something nice and I bought it. I would recommend this shop.”

“Let me start off by saying this is a store like any other store if you need to buy something buy it and go if it's overpriced don't buy it and you can leave without buying anything pretty simple right? Anyway I've never been treated badly here and I'm not saying that other people haven't but at the same time I've had great service because I'm very respectful and I appreciate having a good smoke shop nearby. Having done said all that I personally have had the experience where they didn't have something that I wanted so I asked the counter person if they can order it and sure enough they did so as a customer it made me feel important to them. I'm not going to say that one of the employees didn't catch an attitude with me though but it really doesn't matter to me because I told her what I needed to tell her I don't really care how she felt about it I didn't say anything wrong to her but she definitely got upset with me. The customer service could definitely improve but overall I think it's a decent smoke shop and they don't deserve such bad ratings. This is a local neighborhood smoke shop so if you give them bad marks and bad ratings and nobody goes there where are you crack heads going to go to get your cigarettes and your pipes? Things that make you go hmm”
