By far the best customer service I have ever had at any bank period. When I arrived, I arrived thinking I didn't need an appointment, the bank manager, Miranda, was extremely understanding and sought to find a solution and not just say: "sorry you don't have an appointment." She was extremely kind and thankful and truly wanted to help. I saw some other reviews saying there wasn't any good customer service, it couldn't be further from the truth. Honestly recommend this branch for Novato as a whole.

Don't waste your time! Every time is the same thing long line no sense of urgency they just keep you waiting until you leave for another bank. And they weren't open Twice when I came other times when it was supposed to be open. Worst bank in Marin

Customer service remains a weak point for Wells Fargo. Supposedly, I'm a "high value customer" to them having banked with them for over 30 years and having good credit. I'm unhappy with their customer service. They continue their smug and condescending attitude. They will continue to lose the business I can move away.

Miranda, Julie, Sergio,Jeff and Phil PLUS the rest of the staff are amazing. these are real nice people to interact with everyday. It has a decent size parking lot and I believe I am waiting outside less than 5 minutes on a busy day

I had a checking account with wells fargo years ago but not for long (cancelled it 3 months later) because of their customer service skills. Fast forward and I get approved for an auto loan. I have been making payments using my Bank of America account online through wells fargo dealer services for about almost 4 years. I DO NOT want a wells fargo checking account because of bad past experiences. I sometimes would also make the payment on the phone, using my social security number because I don't have my account number memorized for the auto loan. The phone automation would just ask if I wanted to make a payment using the checking account that I've been using in the past. I explain this to the manager, and he smugly looks at me telling me that this isn't possible. That I never did it this way. Which is fine, I don't care to argue. I just want to make my payment. IT SHOULD BE SIMPLE RIGHT? so the teller suggests I do a cash advance. I do it that way and come in the following month to make the payment the same exact way. I did not remember what it was even called so I accidentally called it a money order. She calls over her manager, but even though he knew what I was talking about, he looks at me smugly again and argues "well thats not what you said before. We don't do that". He is arrogant. Just wants to be right and argumentative. Im clearly a customer with a problem looking for a solution.This shouldn't be so difficult. He should be here to help me, not make me feel so uncomfortable with him. When I finally have time I need help logging me back into my account online so I never have to have another uncomfortable interaction with MAX RADICHI again. Im calling his manager tomorrow.

Wonderful tellers but Uncaring management. After 7 years of being with wels I'm closing my acount and leaving and they didnt even care. It hurts. But what can u do ha ? Im only sad that there is only a 5 star option and not a negative 5 star option . 😡

Peter & Vinny are the best bankers to be with. They always help you with what is going on with your accounts, your cards, and also, any chances of Fraud. Thanks to them, this is the best bank to come to as well as the staff who are super nice and welcoming whenever a client comes in through the front door. 5 Stars!!!

I find Miranda, one of the bankers, in this downtown novato, to be very unprofessional and disrespectful.
I was stunned by her attitude not only toward a customer, but also to one of her colleague.
