I come into this branch once a month. Today, I received excellent customer service from branch manager, Sahar, along with Gilberto who helped me with my transactions.

I am thankful for the staff at this branch. Multiple employees, including the managers, went above and beyond expectations today to help me out with a banking need that was a tad obscure, not a simple task but was important to me. They could have easily said they weren't able to it for me and would have been well within their right if they had. Instead they took time and resources to help me out and get it done for me. It wasn't anything that benefited the bank at all. They did it just to help me out and no other reason. I really appreciate their time and effort and encourage anyone who values a service that puts customers first to consider visiting the Hamilton branch in Novato. Thank you again WF Novato!!

Oh yah not surprised that this place has two stars... IVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY IN ANY BANK. Mind you I've been banking with Wells Fargo for 25 years now & keep about a $100,000 balance in my checking acct. Both managers were beyond disrespectful & dismissive when I had a simple request. They treated me like a gnat on the wall. I'm pulling out every penny there today.

Ridiculous! I moved to the Novato area about a year ago and now I have to use quarters and this is the only location that will not allow me to get more then $10 in quarters. At the beginning there was a quarter shortage whatever I went to a different bank and they where able to give me the change I needed. I have actually gone to different locations and they have all provided me with the change I need so I decided to give this "home" location another try and nope nothing they gave me the same excuse. Not just that the people there are so off putting and do not care about your business at all or try to help in any way possible. Don't bother with this location. Go to another one. You won't find help here.

Extremely slow service. Not sure where the tellers go when they leave for 5 minutes at a time. Definitely won't be back to this location

I haven't had any bad experiences here like some of the reviewers. I've been banking here for 7 years and never was treated poorly or denied any request. The location is great, right off the fwy and close to my home. I am only deducting one star because the parking is terrible. When I can I just take one of the two street parking spots out front to avoid the whole parking lot situation. It is a nightmare. Peet's coffee customers use up all the bank parking because they don't want to walk like 10 more feet to use the GIANT adjacent lot. However, this is not the fault of the bank or employees, in my opinion.

Tellers can never work with customer. They make it hard to do anything and always deny anything you request. Managers just walk around not helping at all. Not only do they not help the tellers are rude. I suggest going to another branch or just using the ATM !

Shain......please reflect on your attitude with customers.you can't ask your business banking customers "where were you all day" even if they came in the last few minutes before closing time. For one, You have to understand that most people in the USA live a busy life,considering that you should also realize that a business owner/manager live a more hectic lifestyle than others citizens. I respect other people's time.it might not seem like it,but we the business owners try our best to be on time for everything,because as business owners,we know more than others the true value of time.so next time if I ever do come late,know that I didn't choose to come in the last minutes,life is not fair or just.business is business.so in each and every time I am there at this branch please respect the business and let's just do business politely.That way,both of us can go home in a better mood than I did today thinking of your attitude toward business customers.

One of the branch managers, Chris, is excellent. He's a sweetheart and always very warm and welcoming. He always acknowledges when people are coming in and asks how you are and offers you water that they have with the little cups in the front. My banker, Malia is awesome. She's very knowledgeable and knows her stuff. She's always willing to help and does what she can to make her clients happy. The store manager Bina, is nice and very sincere. I would recommend trying this location out if you haven't. 5 star for sure!!!!!

I have been visiting this branch for about 3.5 years and have always found the staff to be warm and helpful, especially the male supervisor that is usually over-seeing the clerks. Then I had the opportunity to meet with the branch manager, Bina Patel. I have never encountered a banker who so clearly hates her job. I'm willing to grant that there may have been some extenuating circumstances I am unaware of to put her into such an ill mood, but her unpleasantness certainly ensured I will never visit this branch again. Not to mention, I think this might be the clincher in sending me back to Bank of America. Perhaps somebody should consider a career outside of customer service? Just a thought.

Horrible PARKING! I needed to stop by the ATM and waiting over 10+ minutes for parking and finally left!!! 4 ATM parking only spots: not 1 person at ATM. 10+ spots for 10-15 minute parking: not one opened up. Never will go to this branch again!!!!

I've been banking here for a while now. The staff is very friendly and professional. They go out of their way to acknowledge you and offer assistance. Reminds me of a Ritz Carlton. Or what banking was like when I was younger.
