Don't waste your time! Every time is the same thing long line no sense of urgency they just keep you waiting until you leave for another bank. And they weren't open Twice when I came other times when it was supposed to be open. Worst bank in Marin

Customer service remains a weak point for Wells Fargo. Supposedly, I'm a "high value customer" to them having banked with them for over 30 years and having good credit. I'm unhappy with their customer service. They continue their smug and condescending attitude. They will continue to lose the business I can move away.

If you need a notary ask for Peter Stonebraker II. Very happy with the help we received

The people that work here are just dead incompetent. They would not explain the details about your account but assumed that you might know everything. My wife and I open a business account with a banker here. We have to come back many times to straighten out little details here and there. Terrible bank

I went to the bank today to cash a check and knowingly they were going to take 102$ off my account because I over drafted. Miranda, a teller I had before like 2 months ago, remembered me!! I love that. She is def one of my favorite tellers and she did everything she could and got me a reverse fee. So I only had to pay the 57$ I owed. You made me happy and for that reason I love Wells Fargo. Thanks Miranda you are awesome.

Some people have all the luck. My daughter is graduating from high school then jaunting off to Europe for almost two weeks. We'd been advised to have some Euro on hand so I searched online and figured out that going to the bank was the smartest choice. Buying foreign currency is new to me and I was surprised to find it could be handled at a teller. What I didn't expect was a virtual lesson in handling spending money in Europe. Mary gave me a ton of terrific advice to pass on to my daughter. Such a welcome and unexpected surprise that goes beyond her job description.

Day before a holiday and there were 15 in line with two windows open. The employees are very nice and seem to really feel bad for the long wait. I got in long at 10 minutes before 6pm and was still waiting at 5 minutes after. Under prepared for a holiday made me unhappy. That is frustrating for employees and customers.

I absolutely love this bank and this location! Anytime I go to this branch, I get treated with the utmost respect. Whether I'm buying foreign currency, asking a question about my account, or just coming in to deposit a check, I always get treated just great! You won't be disappointed banking at this location of Wells Fargo. Management is excellent as are the tellers.. Kudos!

Sorry. This branch is the worst. First a $25,000 deposit gets put into a strangers account. When I go in to see with the heck happened I was told "Gee. If you had noticed sooner we could have avoided returning some items NSF." Are you kidding me? Also, not once did anyone say "I'm sorry". Hey its ok Wells Fargo. It was only my business reputation you were messing with so no big deal. Wrong. We changed banks soon after and have been very happy with US Bank. Sadly my daughter still banks here. Because she is under 18 I still have to deal with all the issues like miscellaneous fees that supposedly should have been in effect since she opened her account but miraculously start getting billed 9 months later. We have to go into the branch each time to ask for it to be fixed but the manager is never there and nothing gets fixed after we leave. We were in 2 days ago (2nd visit for same issue because it wasn't fixed the first time) the "personal banker" nods and smiles. He promised to call either way to let us know if it was going to be fixed or not. Still no call. And finally, good grief people. You are a huge bank holding millions of dollars and making millions of dollars. Why, oh why do your upholstered lobby chairs look like you put them on the street for homeless people to use when the bank is closed? "Oh. Sure I can wait for someone to actually not help me...but not in those disgusting chairs!" Pull yourself together and look like a banking institution and not a frat house. Oh how you disappoint.
