Thank you very much Mark, owner, Vivian, and Tim for your time yesterday meeting me in your beautiful, elegant boutique with great energy! I had a chance to pass by yesterday and it was also Trick or Treat in downtown Novato. Extremely festive and Tim was handing out the best selection of chocolates for sure! It took a lot of self control not to indulge-hahaha! After leaving the boutique to meet up with my mom, i actually brought her back here to show her the gorgeous jewelry. We were warmly welcomed back once again by Tim and Vivian. Thank you Vivian for showing us a few of the pieces! My mom and I absolutely love the piece that both Mark and Tim designed and beautifully crafted, the pearl pendant encased in a beautiful dual-texture wave design. The pearl was very luminescent and the metalwork was spectacular, dual textures showcasing both shiny and matte 14k gold. Mom and I were both very impressed with the design and workmanship! Thank you Mark, Vivian, and Tim for your best-in-class service, warmth, and care! All of God's very best for your staff and thriving business!

Valentino Jewelers is a gem. Their customer service, patience, and willingness to work with customers to achieve an ideal in their jewelry was very helpful through the process of selecting our wedding bands. They provided us with reasonable priced custom work. They were honest about rings with materials they didn't have a ton of experience with. What they didn't know they found out for us. They maintained an excellent disposition and quality of service despite multiple visits to their shop while we ironed out the aesthetic we were comfortable with and took time to figure out what we really wanted. We never felt pressured to take any avenue before us. We absolutely plan to continue working with Vivian and Mark in the future. Thank you for your efforts Valentino Jewelers!

Mark and Viviane were a pleasure to work with. After reading glowing reviews about Mark on Nextdoor, I asked him to custom design my wedding ring. His craftsmanship, kind professionalism, proactive communication, and artistic eye all were evident throughout the whole process, from the creative brainstorming in back-and-forth emails to creating and tweaking the wax mold to setting the gold. I now have a unique and beautiful ring that feels authentic to me. Thank you Mark and Viviane for the warmth you provide to the Novato community.

I have been to this jeweler for a few different jewelry needs and can confidently say I have high respects for this business! Nice people and skilled jewelers. My last visit here was for a custom designed band. They're fairly priced and willing to negotiate. I could have just bought the ring design I wanted from corporate companies, but I'm very happy I supported the local jeweler and received a personalized experience.

My wife has a very special birthday coming up and we stated our shopping buying experience in Novato, CA at the jewelry store Valentino's on Grant Street. The owner of the store his name was Mark couldn't have been more helpful and he helped me find something very very special for my wife. The price was right and the special service to make sure that the ring fit properly could've been better. Mark was so helpful and I really appreciate the effort that he gave / showed to us even though it wasn't the most expensive thing in the store. He treated us like we were his best clients in there and I would definitely recommend him and his jewelry store to others and shop there again. You get what you pay for but we were treated in a very professional and friendly manner. A great place to go shopping if you want the right item with a large selection to pick by, also with great service. First shop at Valentino's Jewelry store in Novato and I know you'll be happy. With a great selection we purchased two items and it was not necessary to go anywhere else. Easy parking, and also important he has a mechanic there full-time. Sincerely, Stan B

My fiancee got my engagement ring custom made at a different jeweler, and we experienced really bad customer service from them during the resizing process. Traumatized and still needing the ring serviced, we decided to consult with this store about resizing and reinforcing my band (which cracked within 10 days of wearing it). The jeweler we spoke to was so nice, and took a lot of time to chat with us about what was going on with the ring and how sizing works. He didn't push us into any services--in fact he was so honest that he explained that if it were up to him, he wouldn't re-size the ring. He encouraged me to wear it for a little longer as fingers can change size based on the temperature and I just needed to get used it. Ultimately, he was correct. Even though we ended up not receiving any services, we were touched that he was so honest and didn't try to just get money out of us. If my ring does need servicing in the future, I would 100% trust this business to do an honest job.

Every time I visit Novato I have a great experience in the store. In addition to acquiring beautiful earrings, I recently had all my rings polished, and the service and results are amazing. Shines brighter than new. Highly recommend!

Mark has been my jeweler for years. He made my engagement ring. He just finished repairing a decorative gold and diamond ring. He moved one of the diamonds, making the ring more beautiful and the diamond more brilliant and larger. I'm so happy for the work he did. He has been checking my rings and cleaning them annually so I don't have to worry about them. Never charging me for makings them safe and beautiful. Thank you Mark!

Mark is a gem of a human and a fantastic jeweler. He's helped me with custom pieces, repaired pieces for me, and I've bought some beautiful stuff he's both designed himself and sourced from other great artists. I live in New York now but I come back to California and work with him remotely because I trust him that much and he's just that good.

Mark Singerman is an incredibly talented Jeweler. He reset my engagement ring, which after 15 years had pretty much fallen apart. On top of that I was interested in upgrading it a bit, because, well, 15 years. I was nervous about the change and didn't think I would love anything as much as my original setting, and was worried about making the wrong call and being unhappy with my choice. This was complicated by the fact that I didn't even really know what I wanted. Mark was incredibly patient with me, listened to the abstract drivel I could articulate about what I wanted, and came up with a design that ended up being a bullseye. His combination of artistic talent and psychological talent is rare and hard to describe. The process wasn't a short one, 6-8 weeks, but there were several steps where he checked in with me on the design and continued to make sure he was on the right track. Was worth every minute and every penny.

i have been a customer of Valentino's for years - having bought jewelry, having jewelry repaired, and have been the recipient of beautiful gifts. Mark is a very talented jeweler. I recently brought in a necklace which was the first gift my husband had given me 44 years ago. A hard to find stone had fallen out and Mark was able to replace it. What a gift.

I've had Mark reset rings, and repair rings after I had an injury and had to have them cut off in the ER. He's created rings from stones I've inherited, as well as earrings. He's repaired bracelets, does great work, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

As you can see from my five-star rating, I highly recommend Valentino Jewelers. In addition to the stunning selection of items to purchase, Mark has repaired and improved a number of my pieces. Without impacting its beauty and style, he expertly replaced the clasp on a Tiffany bracelet to make it more secure. Most recently, he reset my existing sapphire earrings to enhance their look. I have been extremely satisfied with all of my purchases and repairs at this friendly neighborhood jeweler!
