Thee lady at the UPS was kind and very helpful in my situation. This was my first time sending an item back and never used UPS. But she made me feel safe home. Highly recommend this location. Keep up the good work.

The best Ups Store ever! I have been coming here for years. Some of the staff has changed over the years, but everyone’s customer service is top notch friendly and professional. Even when there is disgruntled customers, the staff always seems to maintain a positive and helpful attitude. Never a bad experience from copies to Amazon returns. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

It does what it needs to. Find your own boxes and materials for shipping, unless you want to buy these at UPS prices.

I have to use this location regularly for prepaid labeled drop-offs and this is the slowest out of all the UPS stores I know of for that. Corporate needs to help them figure out their operation. The staff is always friendly, though.

The service at this store was perfect. I needed multiple services, notary, copying, and delivery and all were handled flawlessly. I could not be happier.

For 3rd time, note on door. Back in 30 min, 20 min, 10 min.I wait. They don’t come back and then the store is closed. Today, while I waited, 2 other customers went to door with packages… DON’T USE THIS STORE. Horrendous NON-SERVICE.

A young man named Lewis was so polite, kind, courteous and friendly. I brought my elderly client in with large packages to return and he was really helpful He was also professional I was impressed by his attitude and professionalism.He did a great job. I think he deserves a raise and promotion. If I had a business I'd want Lewis to be in charge.I'm not a relative or a friend. I never met him befor. But he really made our day.

Sent out the documents with tracking, at the office there was a new employee who was helping, manager was to high to help, Jessica so she could not focus, documents lost, fist they told me docs will be delivered at the end of the day, second it's lost.Opened investigation, will see what happen.

My daughter dropped a package to be returned and it disappeared. It Never made it to its destination. It had a value of around $200 . Their employees claimed they knew nothing about it. We spoke to the kid that took the package - he "didn't remember her"she remembered him. Really shady. Communicated to the owner and nothing was done. Said he had a "conversation " with his employees and they said they knew nothing about it and their security cameras didn't go back that far. They took advantage of my daughter, took the package and claimed they never saw it. Lessened learned. Do NOT trust this local UPS Business with your packages or returns. They are NOT honest.
