My team and I worked with Ravi at Thermal Shipping Solutions for our school research project. Ravi and the rest of the team were helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. We were able to request a sample of the Renewliner insulation they manufacture. The shipment came quickly and the insulation has been working great. Mike, Cafe Yumm! We have tried several different insolated shipping products, and we have not found any product that allows us to ship our product to our loyal customers as the Kangaroo Pouch does. Our product is temperature sensitive, and during the warmer months, we were only able to ship overnight. This was a very expensive cost to our customers and caused our sales to decrease during this time. With the Kangaroo Pouch, we can now offer 2-3 day delivery to several locations that we could not before. Jad and Rita are fantastic to work with and have provided us with extensive testing in high-heat environments. I highly recommend partnering with Thermal Shipping Solutions for your temperature-sensitive shipping needs.

Had a great relationship with Jad and loved doing business with him. But now my phone calls and emails never get returned so I guess that relationship and the one with thermal shipping solutions has been terminated.
