Don’t use the restrooms here, or attempt to find any products on the shelves. It’s super disorganized and just a really nasty experience for it being Target.

Amazingly helpful for an “everyday low price” store in the electronics department. Also, they had the perfect “springy” towel for stacking round pasta bowls top of an odd wavy one.

This is a review related to an event that happened at the Novato Target at 8 PM on May 24, 2024.
I went to the dressing room to try on a few items. There was an attendent by the front when I entered. While I was in my locked stall, I heard what sounded like two girls run into the dressing room (I think they were looking for a friend). Then they forced the door to my stall open! By the time I got myself together and exited the stall, the girls were not in the dressing room and there were no attendants. When I exited the dressing room, I saw two blonde teenage girls were giggling and hurrying away while recording video on their phone. I stopped the dressing room attendant and another employee as they were exiting the nearby store room. I told them what happened and they apologized. That was it.
I feel this incident illustrates the need for Target to have more robust staffing and security, to ensure incidents like this don't take place. The concern should not only be in preventing theft, but ensuring customer safety. I should be able to change in a locked dressing room and not fear my door will be forced open.

employees are not at all helpful when a customer cannot find something, this target is not well stocked, quite a few shelves were near empty, the San Rafael target is better stocked and a much better shopping experience

After for a long time I needed to buy a mouse for my sister's computer so I went to Target and I found that I wanted easily and quickly. everything was fine and store was clean and all associates that I need to contact them were very friendly and helpful.

I was literally "banned" from JOHN because the cashier rang me up and closed out the sale that I couldn't see prices AND I couldn't enter my Target rewards number. When John popped out his head, I recognized him as one who did the same thing last time I was there - he even gave me $2 off coupon lol. When I asked him I wanted to see the prices of what I was paying for the hydrogen peroxide and the spray bottle (different price popped up for the spray bottle), the cashier proceeded to talk "slow" being a smart a$$ giving me the pricing on the prescriptions. I told him I'm not stupid, I just needed the prices on the two items. No sooner than JOHN pops out, grabs my stuff and tells me I'm banned from CVS - all because I wanted to see the price I was paying ... I believe that it's illegal to ring someone up without displaying the price they are being rung up JOHN. Then he proceeded to get me "escorted" out cause I guess fighting for my rights bans someone. Security says it's nothing, he even let me back in to eat. Good job JOHN. I know you're new to this pharmacy.

I usually love visiting this target but when I visited yesterday evening there was a hiccup. I went to get some pet swiffer pads. As I was grabbing them I soon realized it was leaking. I inspected all of them and they all seemed to have a small crack at the bottom causing the leak. It was all on the floor also. I went to the target price checker and requested a worker over and over for 10 mins and even asked a pick up worker for help in the department. I waited again and nothing. Not only was I trying to tell someone because of the puddle (save them from a lawsuit) but to also see if there was any undamaged in the back. I like to use these for a quick mop since I have a cat with asthma. I ended up just grabbing something else and leaving and telling another random worker before I left in the front again. I hope that it wouldn’t be this complicated in the future for a worker to come.

Every other time I do the Drive Up and Go, they forget some of my groceries. Of course I don't realize until I get home and then I have to return, go inside, and pick it up myself. They NEVER have the ringer on at the customer service desk's phone (believe me, I've tried) and I had to go back TWICE last week because they forgot to give me all my bags TWICE on the same day. Jennifer Jansen, the "Service & Engagement Team Lead," reached out via email to discuss this with me. I responded that I would appreciate a call. Jennifer NEVER responded to the email and never called me. This store and their employees are the absolute worst. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Avoid ordering for pickup at all costs. Disorganized, chaotic, nonsensical system. It's almost like the employees hate the system so much they don't want customers to use it (this is fair as it requires they deliver to the parking lot).Supervisor Jenn is frazzled, exhausted, and has reached a breaking point (customer-facing roles are challenging and she's doing her best, but it might be taking years off her life).Target, Jenn needs your help. Please give her a break to recharge (maybe a paid vacation). As she noted the “power hour” is untenable for her.Don't offer order to pickup, it’s putting strain on the entire team and they don't want to deal with it.
