I visited here for a new pet exam since I am new to the area and needed to find a vet for my senior dog. The vet took the time to discuss my pets health in detail, and provided great insight and showed great care. I have found my new vet! I was also able to get very friendly and caring help from the staff when asking questions while making my appointment over the phone. And I was able to get seen within a few days. Thank you for providing great care so far!

We have an extended pet family (currently 5 kitties, 2 dogs) and sadly said goodbye to two pets due to cancer earlier this year. The compassion shown by the entire practice was heart-warming, and helped us say goodby to our pets in a dignified way. As a primary care provider for our other pets, we simply can't imagine life without the professional and exceptional Dr Watson and her colleagues. Dr Bonetto performed a successful eye surgery on one of our kitties, and went the extra mile to fit us in as an emergency. Kenya & Paige on the front desk are world class in their admin support and always flash a welcoming smile as we walk in the door. As pet parents, we couldn't survive without South Novato Animal Hospital.

Our dog needed an urgent appointment and they were able to get us in quickly! Even though we were only scheduled for a drop off appt, the Dr. met with us upon arrival to examine our dog! She was very honest, but also gave us options!

My pooch bolted from a rover pet sitter and went missing for 5 days in Bahia. I located her . She had a cough and would spit up a bit. I’ve only had her for a month. My sister uses this vet so I called and got an appointment the next day. Did an excellent job checking her out. Very friendly and professional. They are now my dogs vet

I brought my brother's dog in for a dental. We met Dr. Bennetto. He explained the whole procedure in detail. Everything went well. The staff even called the day after to check on the dog.
Very friendly staff. I'm glad I found this Animal Hospital.

Best vet in town. Dr. Bonetto is wonderful and a joy to visit. We are very happy we switched to SNAH, and so are our pets!

You know I really wanna give Dr. Bonetto his flowers. He really cares about your pet and it shows. He deserves a 5 star. If you come here go to him! Today I waited all day for Dr. Watson to call me and never got a follow up call regarding my dogs medication. Unfortunately Bonetto was not there to save the day as usual. Obviously nobody else cared enough to make sure I got called back. When Bonetto is there this doesn’t happen. Which is why he is my primary doctor. I’ve been to many places like this and it’s hard to find vets who actually care like Bonetto. But when the others don’t give the same passion it ruins the experience. Which is why I left the other places. I caught on to this early about some of the staff and Bonetto is the only reason I stayed. He deserves to work at a better Hospital and shines way more than the rest of the staff. Very sad I was being patient just to be forgotten about today. Supervisor and manager talked over me when I was explaining the situation. Rude! After I get my medication I’ll never come back.

We took out new puppy to South Novato Animal Hospital after asking around for a good veterinarian, and were very happy with out choice. Everyone was very friendly to us and our new puppy. They even have Saturday appointments for check ups which was very helpful for out busy lifestyle. The doctor was very patient and kind, was thorough and went over everything a new puppy owner should know. I also appreciated that the doctor tried to fit in a much in one session, and spread out the visits to avoid extra charges or unnecessary visits and fees. We felt very well taken care of, and highly recommend SNAH.

I cannot recommend the services of this veterinarian based on my recent personal experience. I encourage you to consider alternative veterinary options. They are welcoming and friendly, but their level of veterinary care and customer service did not meet our standards. We wish them all the best.

This is a very nice place to bring your pet. Ever since I called the first time, Paige was very kind and helpful to me given the little emergency I was having with my dog. She was very understanding and I paid under a hundred dollars for the consultation, a very reasonable fee. The veterinarian and her nurse were both very pleasant and loving with my dog. They gave me great suggestions and did not make me spend a lot of money on exams just for the sake of it. They saved me a lot of money instead and gave me advice as to what to do under the circumstances. Healthy & safe dog and a happy family ! Highly recommended.

South Novato vets and all the staff are friendly and very good at what they do. Always willing to discuss options. Very accommodating on scheduling and trying to make things work. All the staff is well able to manage fearful dogs and make it a good experience for everyone.

My dog is dead because of Dr. Watson. I brought her in as a new patient and had lab work that was previously done with me. My dog was on prescription kidney kibble food and had been on it for four years. After looking at the kidney blood panel Dr. Watson determined that my dogs levels "didn't warrant" her needing to be on the prescription kidney food. This was the beginning of October. Slowly my dog stopped eating. She kept getting UTIs that were getting worse. She would sniff food and spit it out. Sometimes she would eat and vomit. She was constantly drinking water. She began losing weight, three pounds in a month. From 18 pounds to 15 pounds. When I contacted South Novato about this and my suspicions that she was going into kidney failure a woman named Rachel called me from the office stating that she didn't like my tone in my email and she dropped me as a client. I'm pretty sure she knew that Dr. Watson messed up. On 11/15 I had to take my dog to a different vet and have a kidney panel done. It showed she was in severe kidney failure and I had to humanely euthanize her. If Dr. Watson had never told me to take her off her kidney food my dog would still be alive today. DO NOT TRUST DR. WATSON WITH YOUR ANIMAL.
