If I could award them six stars, I surely would! We recently renovated our vacation home and updated all of our outdated audio/visual equipment. Knowing that we use our home as a vacation rental, Sound Vision came in with recommendations that were both high quality and easy to use for our guests. The process was seamless and service was both prompt, exacting and thorough from site visit and recommendations to estimates and installation. We loved working with Loren, who provide efficient and friendly service and even helped us create an easy to use instruction manual for our customers. We would highly recommend SV for any project big or small!

Soundvision helped renovate our building theatre. Rey and Mike were excellent, kind and professional. Rey provided me updates on each twist and turn as they occurred. They made the process easier than what it could have been. Would use them again.

The SoundVision company in Novato proposed a sound system for our house which sounded excellent. The proposal was to replace an existing complicated and problematic system with a simpler set up. We liked the proposal but the actual installation far exceeds our expectations. The system is very easy to use and its versatility makes it much better than the more complicated and more limited system it has replaced. The technician installing the new system is named Michael and he is a Master Technician. He was able to solve any technical problems our set up caused. He does good work and is particularly attentive to the aesthetics of his finished work.

I worked with SoundVision on a full home remodel, which included a Lutron lighting system, Lutron shades, and fiber runs within our home. The experience was top-notch from start to finish. Rody, our main point of contact, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, responsive and thorough in his communication throughout the entire process, and the end result was a setup that we are thrilled to use every day. Soundvision's attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of work is second-to-none, and I could not be more pleased with how the project turned out. I would highly recommend them for any AV install project, and I look forward to working with them again in the future. Five stars!

We moved in July and have had the pleasure of working with the SV team. Rody has been our main point of contact and we've really enjoyed working with him. He has been very responsive, professional and attentive to all of our requests. He's made our journey a smooth one as he seems to be caring and always on top of it!We've met other members of the team such as Sam and Rey and Rey specifically has been to our house multiple visits and is so sweet! He's detailed, patient, and has also helped us with other projects we had going on at the time. I always felt safe leaving the project in his hand if I had to run out and he's been also on top of it! Highly recommend this team for all your SV needs!

We recently used SoundVision to update, upgrade and reconfigure several different systems throughout our home and couldn't be happier with our decision. They installed an extensive indoor and outdoor sound system; upgraded all the AV equipment in our home theatre; and completely reconfigured our home network infrastructure.Scott Sullivan, the owner, had an honest and straightforward approach that we very much appreciated, and everyone on his team was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We had the good fortunate of having Rody as our lead guy and felt in very good hands all along the way. Throughout the install, which was lengthy given the scope of the job, Rody was there to answer any and all questions or concerns. He was incredibly responsive, patient and detail-oriented.SoundVision's workmanship is high quality and their customer service is outstanding. I don't often write Yelp reviews, but this is the kind of company that deserves to be recognized. It's very rare to find a place that provides this kind of personal touch and follow-through, so I definitely want to give a shout out to these guys.

SoundVision was highly recommended by the contractor who did an extensive remodel of my home. I am so glad I followed his suggestion. SoundVision installed a system which meets my needs beautifully. The few times I've called for service since the installation Sound Vision provided prompt, efficient and friendly service. I really appreciate their service as it reduces stress since I am not at all technically inclined.

We had a TV and sound system installed by Soundvision. They did an excellent job making music and TV sound come alive. We used both wired and wireless technology and it was integrated beautifully. The install team kept us informed and was very thorough. Our representative, Rody Santamarina, was a pleasure to work with. He checked in often and recently made sure things were working well. We have just moved to LA and wish Soundvision provided service here.

Finding the best vendor to install a home entertainment system can be daunting. How do you find the right company to make the most reliable recommendations, at a fair price, and then complete the installation in a timely, efficient manner? In my case, it was pure luck: my wife saw a SoundVision truck parked in front of a neighbor's house one day and we decided to give them a call. Shortly thereafter, Rody Santamarina, a SoundVision project manager, visited our home, listened carefully to what we were interested in having installed, and within a matter of days, presented us with a thorough, easy-to-understand, written description of our options. Once we made our selections, Rody scheduled an installation date. SoundVision's techs arrived punctually, worked efficiently, and then explained how each of the components of our new system worked. Based on that experience alone, I'd give SoundVision an A+. But there was more: over the next couple of years, minor software issues arose a few times. I'd google the issue, read about various ways of correcting the problem (one proposed resolution often contradicting another), and find myself unable to resolve the problem. Even though these problems weren't SoundVision's responsibility, I emailed Rody, asking for his advice. Each time - every single time - he responded the same day (usually within an hour or two), explaining what to do. Problem solved. And even now, Rody checks in periodically to see how our system is working and asking if we need any assistance. Do your own due diligence, but definitely give SoundVision a call. They're in a class of their own -- 5 stars really aren't enough.

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE---TWICE! Going back to 2015 on a new construction project, Brian Stang was our go to guy when designing a lighting and AV system for the entire home. We were so impressed with the professionalism from the moment we agreed to the design to the moment we received the remote controls. After losing our home in the 2017 Tubbs fire, we, without hesitation, reached out to Brian once again. Brian and Rody Santamarina, along with their entire team (props Albert!) worked with our contractor seamlessly to get back an even better system as the technology ever improves. Their attention to detail and respect for the home is second to none. We would highly recommend SoundVision for ANY AND ALL lighting, sound and visual desires. We're now 2 years in the new home and still wowed every time we turn on our music! Don't settle for less. Thank you SoundVision for adding so much enjoyment into our lives!

SoundVision is the best in the business! My family has been using them for over a decade, and they are all around a first class service. From initial walkthrough for an estimate, to the install quality, and then follow-up, they take care of it all. They are the best in the Bay Area in my books for AV, highly recommend!

We moved into our home during the height of Covid 19. Scott Sullivan and his team are very professional and know their stuff. I am reasonably technical for a layperson but moved into a place in Sausalito that had been remodeled and had two doorbird door bells, three server based sonos receivers, several LED TVs, and 8 EERO internet routers. They did a fabulous job and even found a way to get a POE internet connection half way between our house and the community garage where I keep my Tesla which require WiFi for updates. At some point, we will move again and, no doubt, I will reach out to Scott to help us get all of our AV configured. Excellent company.
