Everything! There lockers have been without locks for more than 8 months. Not enough classes offered. No one to help in the front desk. Charging for monthly mentorship when already having a mutual account with my spouse. Taking money out of our bank account without checking with the member. They need to get it together!!

Way too expensive for what you get and numerous clients experience "billing issues" (i.e. the owner stealing from you). And judging by the responses the owner has left on reviews here, he doesn't care he's providing terrible service and ripping people off. Options for a good gym in Novato are slim, and this place being run like it is doesn't help the situation.

I loved this gym and the classes, but all the 6am classes at Novato got cancelled so I cancelled my membership. It's been three months since I cancelled and I am still getting charged. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone to help me cancel and anytime I do, they assure me it'll get taken care of, and unfortunately it has not. I just tried to call again and the voicemail box is full. All of the staff that I have interfaced with are very nice, but it seems that their hands are tied and the people who can actually cancel my membership and control the payments are limited and impossible to get in contact with. Very unfortunate as this gym has potential!

This place started out as a decent gym but has become a shambles. On the upside they offer a lot of cardio and circuit training machines. They also have classes that you pay for if you are a basic member. The downside is with exceptions of one older gentleman who is constantly cleaning, it seems no one else really cares. Their only concern is making sure only members enter. Additionally basic things like fans are broken and every clock is on a different time. When you ask someone about it they tell you they have lost the remote. Towels for showers are usually no where to be found and the lockers are broken. It took a year to fix a broken toilet. The gym does offer 24 hour access and memberships to minors who tie up weight machines on their phones. This is a signal that the owners are more interested in income than a great member experience

everything started out nice got a year contract.. gym equipment in good conditions main reason why I joined was the boxing room they have but now the bags have been out for 3 months and other equipment doesn't work and still the same price and a rude lady instructor kicked me out saying she had a class to teach which didn't start like 40 min after

If I could give this review a zero, I would. I have NEVER experienced a situation where the owner of a business goes out of his way to push people to cancel their memberships. This place is toxic. Stay away!

In my 5 or so decades of being a gym member, this is by far the worst experience I've ever had! I joined during covid and was happy to be at this gym because the equipment was the best I've seen and they had both good Pilates and Yoga instructors! However, I send numerous emails complaining about things like lack of towels and equipment that never got repaired - probably sent 5-6 emails that never even were acknowledged. Then, when the owner canceled a yoga class, a number of yogis wrote in to complain - the owner took offense and got into a shouting argument with one (very peaceful yogi) and canceled her membership. He finally replied to one of my emails very defensively - when I wrote back saying he has 'constructive criticism' confused with hate (there was nothing hateful in any of our messages), instead of responding, he charged me $1000 to my bank account - I got an alert from BofA so I went in the next morning and inquired - the young lady working at the desk brought up my account and there it was on the screen: BEING A DICK FEE - $1000 - he even typed it in capital letters! Needless to say, I'm out of there, as are all the other yogis - this guy lost about 20 people (paying $110 or more a month) - and the yoga instructor has left. I can't imagine this club being viable for too much longer and the owner should definitely NOT be in a people business as he has absolutely no clue what customer / member services is like! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

The way this company has treated its members blows my mind. They are outright rude, unhelpful, and probably worst of all, mocking. I can't believe they are still in business given how far they have fallen in terms of a reputation here. Do your research.

I love this gym! It has everything I need from weights to boxing equipment. Best gym in Novato for sure!
