This was our first time visiting Snipz. Hannah was so sweet and patient with my two year old son. She took her time to make sure the cut was how I wanted. Highly recommend asking for Hannah!

My daughter was in dire need of a haircut, and I couldn't recall my stylist's name, but I knew she was bilingual in Spanish. The magic touch she had was evident as my baby stayed still, engrossed in the iPad videos she provided. To top it off, she gave her a fantastic blowout and added a touch of pink sparkle to her hair.

Hannah did a fantastic job on my sons hair! It was only his second haircut and she was very patient and gentle. His hair is tough due to the texture and it being white/blonde but she took the time to blend it to make it look perfect. Will be coming back :)

Our family have been coming here for years. 2 out of my 3 children have had their hair cut here (usually by Tracy) and my wife an I appreciate the friendly, clean atmosphere, demeanor of the stylists and the location is awesome with a TON of parking available.
My youngest loves getting 'Bling Strings" (thin ribbon of colored foil string) done with her hair and I think it's a really cute touch that they offer. Everytime my youngest get her hair cut its a no tears event (amazing!) and she looks awesome every time! She always get compliments after a snipz visit.
Tracy and my wife have developed a nice relationship and we love to come in and chat while getting a haircut.
I'm really glad that a specialized business like this is around in the neighborhood and wish them all the best success in their endeavours!

I recently took my son to Snipz in Novato, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Hannah is great! She is not only listened attentively to what I wanted but also executed it flawlessly. The mohawk she gave my son is not only the coolest one he's ever had but also precisely what I envisioned. The atmosphere was child-friendly, making the entire haircutting process enjoyable for my son. I highly recommend this place for parents seeking a skilled and creative team that delivers fantastic results.

Our neurodiverse son had a bad experience at a different salon when he was very young, so it has been a pleasure for us to find Tracy at Snipz Novato who he has been comfortable with for years now. In addition to being friendly, reasonably priced and great with kids, I also appreciate that I feel confident in their running on time for the appointments.

This review is long overdue. This gem of a salon has given my kids the ONLY haircuts not ending in tears. (Note: If that sound like a low bar, consider yourself very fortunate.) My little man was used to home COVID cuts and was terrified when we showed up at Snipz's front door. These ladies know all the tricks to distract/redirect/encourage and the patience and humor to make it look fun. My daughter was an easier customer in terms of temper tantrums but more picky style-wise and a little bit shy her first couple cuts. Holy moly do these ladies know how to make her feel fancy and pampered and all grown up! Long story short (too late) my kids consider a trip to Snipz a fun outing and come out feeling confident and oh so happy! I could not recommend the experience, service and end results more emphatically!!

Absolutely love Snipz. I've been some other places and the hair is never lined up or even, my daughter and son. I've been going to Snipz for about 9 months, my daughter has been 2x and my son 3x and it's the best price and cut we've found! The women there are all so kind and their attention to detail is amazing!

I wanted to love this place-- it's so convenient and easy to book. Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience. The lady cutting my son's hair (14 mos) was not compassionate when he started crying and didn't stop cutting when I asked her to. I told her at the beginning that my son had recently undergone eye surgery and I didn't want to push the haircut if he got too upset. He'd been through enough lately and a haircut wasn't worth tears at the time. I'm not sure if she was worried about not getting paid or has just become immune to toddler tears, but she just told me I was being too worried and continued on. Long story short: my son cried during his haircut and I cried on the way home. Back to the Panda Room!

Always fast, friendly and do a good job on my 3 year olds hair. They also sell good products. They have toys in the waiting area and ask you if your kid would like an iPad while getting a cut (which you can always decline!). Decent price too, I think it's around $35 for my 3 year olds cut. They will also offer a braid included!
