“I had a return (Rent the Runway) for Saturday. They are supposed to open at 9 a.m. I panicked because I needed to be in Sonoma before 10:30 a.m. They finally opened at 9:20 a.m. I was thankful and hope the young man opening had a good day. You never know what the other person is dealing with that may have created the late start to their day.”
“I’ve had a very positive experience in this post office. The staff were friendly, professional and very time efficient. There was a small line and people were coming in after me. I was mentally prepared to be stuck there for 15+ mins waiting in a line, but it took me less than 5 mins to send out documents that I’ve packed there as well.
