A very bad experience, I normally go to that gas station 2 times a week and there is never a bathroom service, this time my son had an emergency and not only did they deny us a bathroom but also the staff was very rude. I just want to alert the owner about the bathroom problem and also the public that if they are looking for convenience this is not the right place.

?? If you want to experience- Murica in Marin county, then this is IT. Graveyard shift employee couldn’t have been more disinterested in LIFE. I disrupted his - screen time ?, and he presented as irritated, outwardly hostile, and obnoxious. This “ Team member” assumed that I wasn’t going to utilize the customer loyalty option for me to register/ pay towards, and then was passively aggressive when I requested that he void the sale, and let me register to accrue points and savings. Whatever. I wish nothing but the best for this man, but really? @&(!?(:do your job.

I'm not sure who's working a shift tonight but they need to be fired. How is it 12:00am & the sign says they'll be back from break at 4am. That's a long a** break, I only have cash so I had to drive around to the 76 gas station just to pump since they're actually running their place like a business & I don't even pump 76. She'll get it together, that's super lazy. Definitely a LAZY STAFF. They should be fired for sleeping on the job. -May 25, 2022 (todays date).

Today I purchased gas at this location ... receipt in hand ... and a few minutes later received a notification from my bank that a charge of $85 was declined at this location due to inaccurate pass code. In other words, use a card at this location and be on the lookout for someone else trying to use your card for their purchase at the same location. I've been using Shell gas since 1970. It blows my mind that I now have to go to another gas station all together, or pay in cash rather than risking some unethical half-wit having a go with my card.

ID for buying lottery ticket fantasy 5? I m over 50 years old. I asked her:"do I look like under 18?". She said:"yes". Really? I do have ID, but ...no way. Will not give her for that. Then she told about company rules... Emmaina or Emmania is her name. I asked the company phone number. Instead giving me a number, she called to Ricardo, and explained all in Spanish infront of customers. That is rude. He said to her, the number is on window. Hm...when I called I reached this shop. Very funny. It is ok, I can reach headquarters. Will never buy the lottery at this place, and will not get a gas from shell.

Today I payed $1.50 for air pump but only got three tires filled before it cut off. I went inside where the cashier patiently chatted and waited for other customers. When it was my turn, she never allowed me to complete my sentence. Most stations would flip on the air so I could get to my fourth tire. She just sternly repeated three times, "The air is out of service." It was just a horrible customer service experience and frankly felt hostile. I live near this station but will no longer be gassing up there. I do not want to encourage such a bad attitude with my hard earned cash.

The average-cost Southbound copy of "High Price Shell" on the northbound side. Same poor restroom and small lazy service mart, but just more prettierly upkept and just slightly higher than average as opposed to the extreme high price diagonally across.

This is my regular stop to topoff on my way home. It's an easy off the freeway and easy back on. The gas is avg prices, but there's a food store. The restroom used to be open, but the Covid 19 has it locked up. The station is well lit. Occasionally there's a weirdo. One time there was a woman desperate for a smoke, and was begging for a dollar to help her buy cigarettes. Why top off your tank? My mechanic says a fuel pump in a gas tank will last longer if the fuel level doesn't drop too far below 1/2 a tank. So far so good. 381k miles, original fuel pump.
