I've been trying to get in touch with Shawn Purcell's Allstate Office for a few weeks now to cancel a policy that I no longer need. I have left emails and voicemails, none of which have been answered. My account is still being charged for the reoccurring payment - which is far from ideal. I would love to get a response back from Shawn or his office.

I trusted this guy and he was taking advantage of me and charging me 1000.00 more for poor coverage when I switched insurance I got 300,000.00 100,000.00 300,000.00 which is the maximum allowed for 1000.00 a month less then what I was paying him for a 30,00.00 coverage And when I tried to cancel he was no were to be found and after I month of the run around I finally talked to the corporate office and canceled my policy and got a refund They had no record of him doing anything and I sent him multiple signed letters to try and cancel , uhhh !! What a you fill in the blank

I would not recommend this business to anyone. This is a shady business. They never return phone calls and I always pay my bill every month and they still canceled my auto insurance policy without notifying me at least 5 times. Allstate auto insurance has definitely gone down hill. The whole reason I chose allstate is because my father had allstate auto insurance for over 30 years and He was never treated this way. Your customer service sucks. I would work on your customer service or you will be out of business.

Shawn has handled my house insurance for many years and him and his office has been quick to answer any questions and provide helpful information. Recently, I wanted to add my auto insurance quickly and he was immediately on the phone with me and went through the whole process and by the time I got off I had the insurance in place. Couldn’t ask for better customer service!

In January I called to explain that I now work from home full time and I do not drive my car much. I was told my rate would be reduce by over $200 per year. However in Feb, I was still charged the usual price of my insurance- no discount. I called again & thought it was resolved. Then in March I got another email to expect to pay full price on my next invoice. I was so irritated. I called again, and left a detailed voicemail explaining the situation and that it was now the third time I had to call about this issue. If it was not resolved, I would have to ********* my policy with AllState. That phone call was on 3/7. No one called or emailed me back and on 3/11, I was charged the full prize again. I will be moving to a new insurance provider for this reason.

Everyone at Sean's office will lend their ear to listen. In a very professional manner your needs will be taken care of. I had a no-fault claim and all state took care of me without even having an adjuster come to the car.

Allstate has always stood by my side and taken care of me when the time really truly mattered. This office is wonderful and pleasant to do business with. I get a call every year when my home policy renews to do a review of my coverages from Shawn personally as well as every six months on my auto policy. Shawn has always made sure I am insured appropriately and that my premiums are at a minimum. I have sent all my friends and family to Shawn.
