It’s as if they replaced the employees with gum smacking Tijuana rats; when you’re shopping here it’s easy to forget the same company owns Louis Vuitton—customer service here is dismal and they would rather blame the client rather than choose to improve.This is reflected in their inventory, there’s a reason why high end luxury brands do not want their products at this particular location, you won’t find Tom ford, Chanel beauty or Gucci…amongst other brands here.I think the employees would feel more comfortable working at a dollar store located in an outlet mall

I gave this Sephora 4 stars instead of 5 based off one person attitude. I had to make a return today. Everyone was great except for this fat white girl behind the cash register who had medicore customer service. She should have been in the back stocking shelves or something & not at the register. To bad I didn't get her name cause she wasn't wearing a name badge. Anyways, the beauty advisor (Stephanie) who help me today was not only knowledgeable about the products but she was really sweet, nice and funny. Stephanie customer service was superb. We had a great laugh you would have thought her and I have known each other for a long time. Thank you so much Stephanie for your help today, you were great!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. They just look at you and don't even ask if you need help. I had to ask twice to get help to get my online order I was picking up. The two securities are on their phones the whole time. The employees don't acknowledge you. Horrible service every time I go in.

The people that work in this store are lazy, snobby and unhelpful. If you ask them for help they just stand there and give you a tiny bit of info pertaining to your question and won't take you to the product they speak of. They treat you like you have a disease ( I'm in my 60's so I guess I gross them out) Emily was the girl that couldn't bear to move an inch and lacked any enthusiasm to sell me anything. Not only that but she looked at me like a I was a nuisance. On the other hand the employees at Corte Madera are friendly and helpful. I won't be going to Vintage Oaks anymore. The employees stand around and ignore you. It's always empty so I'm sure they will eventually close it. Better off going to Ulta. That store just lost my business. This has happened before.

This company stole from me and refused to give a refund for a gift card I purchased! CHARGEBACK IN PROCESS SEPHORA! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I honestly avoid this Sephora because of the bad customer service in the past. Haven't been here in yearsss but unfortunately had to return part of an online order today and it was a reminder for why I don't go here. The employees were standing around talking and blocking the walk way. The girl behind the register was rude. I provided a phone number twice for the order, it didn't work despite my phone number being attached to my account for every online purchase. She then handed me a pen and paper to write my email down and then proceeded to type it into the computer... why would you not just ask me to say it outloud for it to be typed in..? Finally she finds my order and processes the return. I asked if she needed my card for the money to go back. She said no and then of course it was needed. Overall a simple, basic, easy return took 10 minutes. She ended the interaction with "ok, bye" HA wow, so rude. I'll be sticking to Ulta where they literally know me by name and I've never once had a bad experience.

I had such a positive experience shopping here today! Everyone who helped me out was very friendly and made sure I was being pointed in the right direction. Thank you to Josue, Justin, & Marco for the genuine service.I found everything I was looking for in-store. The shelves were well stocked and the store was tidy.

So because of where certain products were available I had to go back into this store. I was apprehensive and anxious and not looking forward to it. I was concerned that they had read my previous review and we're going to be even more horrible than before. However, to my ridiculous delight, I found them polite and helpful! but not overbearing.. The one male employee who has been constantly nice since I met him last Christmas was still there and recommended some great products. Check out with seamless. No shaming or unpleasant looks this time which was nice. I picked up my ordered items Without the usual fuss. everybody was polite. it was a completely redeeming experience! and I'm so glad that I had to go in.

I went in for help selecting makeup to use for an upcoming wedding and was very pleased with the help I received. This is a review to compliment Raul (or Raol, I'm not quite sure how to spell his name), who shade matched excellently. The products that he helped with me choosing have worked wonderfully, and the shade I was matched with looked wonderful on my skin. All the makeup looked great with my wedding dress. I appreciate how attentive the employees at this store are, as I have been to many other Sephora locations where I haven't been offered any help or greeting at all. This location is great!

Usually, whenever I shop at this Sephora the manager (?, it might be a supervisor) of this store makes me feel so uncomfortable by following me around the store as if I'm going to steal!!! It's so impolite and uncomfortable for me, considering it has been on multiple occasions where I have spent hundreds of dollars in front of them. But...today I was met with the kindest employees who helped me with all my questions. One was Raul and they were very patient, assisted me with matching my shade, and kindly showed me to a great foundation that I'm loving. Definitely five stars to Raul, they're a great employee! But, to that other person and the other associates that would contribute to the discomfort that I have felt, 0 stars

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. What they did not have in stock was ordered and delivered to my house with no shipping fees.
