Rushed appointment and terrible gels (peeled off within a few days). I did go back and she redid the ones that had bubbled and peeled but she had a rather rude attitude. Would not go back.

Loved this nail place! Clean and COVID friendly... staff was nice and had great conversation... Did a wonderful and great job on my nails with just the regular polish as I requested. Went on a Wednesday and had 1pm appointment they took me right away. Also wasn't sure about nail color and had trouble deciding, the nail tech was patient and let me decide which one I wanted after painting the 3 different ones... I decided on a pretty color and loved the job the nail tech did. Thank you for making me feel awesome!!

A good place to have your nails done, both men and women, a small personal attention local business, same location over thirty years and reasonable prices too- support a local shop and leave with the personal attention and beauty you want and deserve- man or woman or other great service.

This is a family owned and operated salon that highly values (and is valued by) its customers. I've been having a mani/pedi at Sally's Nails every two weeks for over 20 years. Love the staff and have left each appt. feeling great about the quality and cleanliness of their services. We are fortunate to have this business right here in the neighborhood!

Having gotten my nails done regularly since I was a teenager - I consider myself a connoisseur of the nail arts. If you are looking for a salon in Novato, look no further!I've had several gel manicures and one gel dip at Sally's, and despite my best efforts to destroy their work with a young baby at home and a horse hobby - their gels last 3 weeks! I've never experienced this before - ever! My nails grow so long I go back in to get the gels removed and fresh paint applied, so my nails never look undone.Here's another place they shine- they have a nice community and the conversation flows easily. They remember who you are when you go in and treat you like a friend. It's a relaxing way to spend time in the chair. Grateful to have this business in my neighborhood.Services: Nail polish changes

I came here because it looked a cute place right near my kids school. I thought it would be a fun place to go after school for me and my kids to get our nails done. While the nail technicians are very friendly, I, myself, walked out with a very crooked set of silk nails that were just awful. They did a fine job with my little daughters nails but when it came time for my son to get his nails done, he requested sparkles on his nail polish, to which the nail technician replied "no, sparkles are only for girls." it is up to my son and our family which color of nail polish my son picks, not hers. I regret paying for their services. The very next day I went to nearby US nails to get my nails fixed. They were very friendly, accommodating, and thorough over there. Save your money and take it elsewhere.

This is a great nail salon. Quiet and clean. Very nice staff. Good work. Fair prices too. Down to earth clients too. I am picky about my nail salons and they are very good in my book. They are located in a convenient location in a nice shopping center in Novato by Harvest Market.

Such nice ladies and I am there every week. Nails look great and they are so flexible when I have to change appointment last minute or squeeze in without an appointment. There are only 2 people there on weekdays so I always recommend making an appointment.

Easy parking. Take walk-ins but recommend making an appointment. Very clean. Enjoy the massage chairs. Muscles were tight as a drum. The chair made a difference in the knots. Especially enjoyed the massage Sally did on my legs and feet! Had a very enjoyable pedicure! Sally is very gentle, knowledgeable and efficient. She and her sister included me and my sister in conversation. Felt more like we were visiting friends. Great selection of nail polishes. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

I tried Sally's after being dissatisfied with my previous salon, and I'm very pleased with the results. I have acrylic nails, and Mimi, the owner, did a wonderful job. She applied a thin layer of acrylic, making the nails look far more natural than what I had before. The salon is clean and the team is very friendly. Because it is a small salon, it's best to make an appointment.

Love this place, and have been coming here for years! It's Novato's hidden gem. I've tried pretty much all of the nail salons in town, and this one is the best. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the prices are fair.
