They'll keep their doors unlocked and say they're open but in reality the registers will be closed for multiple hours with the only notification of this being a small cardboard sign saying so at the register itself. Saw multiple people shoplift because of that, and honestly this store deserves it if they keep pulling that.

Terrible service and hard to find items. Was stuck behind someone at checkout who couldn't seem to get checked out. After over 10 minutes, I finally had to pick up groceries off the conveyer and go to another register. The young cashier was completely worthless and ignored everyone waiting in line.

Why would you not want to let me see you write down my ID information? Why do you need me to be in a different room while you copy MY ID Information down. I am just an Uber Driver trying to protect my identity and deliver groceries. If you deliver here be careful! $30 dollar order is not worth getting your identity stolen!

I have been going to this Safeway for nearly 40 years. I'm done. I purchased lamb shanks 3 days ago 12/8 with a 12/22 best buy date. I opened the package and almost threw up. The lamb was disgusting and rancid. I took it back. Last month, I returned a chicken for the same reason. Having vowed to never buy meat there again (or produce because it's so expensive). The clerk would only give me store credit because I didn't have a receipt. Dave, who has been there forever, was no help! I told them to keep the disgusting meat and the money owed to me I will NEVER shop at this Safeway again. I only went there to get gas points. I'll try the other Safeway in town. Otherwise I'm content with Trader Joe's or Whole Foods.

We stopped into this Safeway on our way home from wine country. My husband wanted to just see if there was anything he could add to his bourbon/whiskey collection at home. We were greeted by a friendly man named, Ron. We talked to him for about 10 minutes on recommendations and what he thought was good. Ron has such a happy spirit and great customer service! We left there with a bottle and my husband was indeed happy. Thank you! We will definitely go back to this location when we're in the area again!

I really hate giving anyone less than a 3 star review but I've received horrible service here over and over now. At this point I assume they just barely want to operate. The meat section will not freshly cut the meats, instead they precut them behind the large cuts. I have never been able to get the specialty meats like prosciutto cut here at all, they just say go get it pre packaged. The roast beef they have cut is very thick, I asked for it to be fresh and sliced thin and due to the language barrier of the employees not speaking English they couldn't service anyone without pointing and fingered numbers. I completely understand wanting to help give people jobs, but isn't there a job they can do so that everyone is happy. There are no baggers, and barely any checkers here. Dairy - I have had cheese here twice that is expired. Watch out for the dates. Checkout - checkout is SLOOOOOOOW here. Slower than the dollar tree. I'm not sure if everyone is just low on spirit is but I wouldn't recommend coming here for large trips.
