My stylist was Hannah Musser and I had a very positive experience. The hair cut was great and she was very kind and nice to talk to. I will definitely be coming back.

Mia is absolutely amazing! I've never been disappointed by her coloring and cut skills and completely trust her. I should; I drive 90 minutes and have been for 30+ years!!!

I care about my hair and how it looks, so I read several review prior to booking an appointment for base color and a cut at Robertson Roe. To say that I am extremely disappointed is a major understatement! The base color didn’t take in several noticeable areas that weren’t apparent until I got home and was able to see it in the light. The cut is horrendous—-unless you like choppy, uneven, unflattering layers that add bulk to the middle of my long hair, making it appear shoulder length. Now, I have to spend extra time styling my hair, in order to try and disguise the terrible haircut. I am not happy and hope others read this so they aren’t stuck waiting out the growth of a chop shop haircut and bad color.

Probably one of the worst hair cuts of my life. I left the salon with wet hair because I told them I didn't like the blow dryer because it made my hair really frizzy. Initially I though I liked it but it was only I got home and saw it dry did I realize how bad it was. I asked for layers and instead got 2 really chunky layers. For $115 this is actually insane

Such a good experience. The Salon is super clean, and I absolutely love Hannah's coloring skills. All the gals are up to date with the newest latest hair techniques. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wanted a good cut or color. Hannah is also is a barber, so some of the men in our family go to her specifically for that. I can't say enough good things about this place, as soon as you walk in you will instantly feel the all around good vibes.

Really disappointed in trying to get my hair done with Mia Robertson. I went to her initially and to her credit, did a great job. Rescheduled a follow-up and was told by Mia she couldn't do my hair but could have one of her other stylists. That person did a mediocre job. I was trying to get an A-line cut and although I asked her several times that I wanted more of a slant, it still looked like a bob gone awry. Gave up and went home and had my daughter fixed it. Took my business to Dukes and Dolls in Petaluma. They are excellent but difficult to get in quickly. On a whim decided to give Robertson Roe another shot. I wanted a cut and color and wildly enough was able to get in with Mia. But apparently they could only do the cut and so instead of just keeping my appt, they cancelled the whole thing. Yes, they did try to call me and left a voicemail but I wasn't expecting a call and don't listen to voicemails in this day and age of solicitation calls. They sent me one text, the day they cancelled. Called to ask what the deal was to which I was told by Mia that she couldn't get me in until 3 weeks out but of course I can see one of her other stylists. I don't recommend this business because their communication is terrible and it seems to be a bait and switch using Mia to pull in clientele and then pass off to her other stylists that are not very good.

Worst $150 haircut ever! . Uneven, chopped gaps around my face. Fraid ends that looked like it was cut with a straight edge razor! Ended up going to another salon to get it cleaned up. It was a hot mess!

Let me preface my experience, I rarely treat myself to a professional salon coloring, instead, continually covering my gray roots with an all over box dye every time....So I read some reviews and I called to see if by chance they had someone to "help me" with my bun imprisoned hair. Jaime cheerfully answered and asked a few very important-(common sense in hindsight) hair questions that have never been asked of me before a hair appointment, placed me on a brief hold and returned with the answer to my question...."yes" someone there (Darby) knows just how to deal with my dead/curly/poofy/frizzy/blk/white/unmanageable hair!! The day came, and I was so excited to finally be able to wear my "hair" down, and have it look normal by my standards (hair pyramids aren't my thing) From the moment I walked in I was greeted and chatted with Jaime we got along famously. Then, the angel herself appeared, Darby, I didn't have to explain much. She had the best, most logical suggestions and I knew I would only regret it if I tried playing expert! I was right, she trimmed, layered, highlighted and hydrated the life back into my soulless mane. I can't thank you enough Darby, y'all made my day and my week! Be seeing you on the regular....

You know when you have that friend (or two) who have incredible hair? Like you're anywhere and they just look great? I have two friends who are blessed and finally asked them and they both said Robertson Roe. The first time I went I booked online which was simple and worked with my schedule, now I usually book when I leave because it's easy and super convenient. Also Jamie who is their receptionist is so cool, really engaging and a very genuinely kind person. I see Mia who is talented and a master of all things, also she is really funny. The salon has a great aesthetic . I've been there when every chair is filled and people are getting cuts, colors and all things under the Sun. I've also been the first one there and it's just three people having a conversation about life. Salons are such a vibe, you always leave looking and feeling good. You can talk with anyone and it's just a great place. It's also so nice to be back to a "normal" place in this world after the pandemic. My son also goes here for his cuts and even though he is 14 they treat him as an adult, that is appreciated by him and me. The stylists here are excellent. Trust. The salon is right between LaHa and Rustic, street parking is easy and convenient. Wait. Maybe I shouldn't leave such a good review, then all the appointments will be taken... nah. Give them a call you won't be disappointed.
