Demetria did a wonderful job explaing the proccess of how long it would take to get there as well as how to track it. She made the experience really easy for me and I hope to have her help me again. “Postmaster Judy Bartlett went out of her way to correct an error made by San Anselmo post office, and Nicoletta is always very helpful whenever I go into the Fairfax office. Huge improvement to prior experiences with some previous employees, and antithesis of the San Anselmo office, which is terribly hostile and continually incompetent.”
