Paul & Danielle surpassed any and all possible expectations. As a first time home buyer, I was blissfully unaware of the intricacies involved with buying a home and I am so lucky I had Paul & Danielle in my corner every step of the way. Paul is the absolute best. Starting over, myself, and trying to get into something with rates where they are was a challenge to say the least. But with Paul and his ability to structure the financing I’m able to be in a place that is my own and I can afford without worry of needing overtime or being house-poor. And the process was the easiest I’ve ever dealt with. Usually the document gathering and need to go back and re-collect documents had been aggravating but this just didn’t happen with Paul. It was easy and he took the reigns on everything, start to finish. I 100% recommend going with Clear 2 Close; it’s the best choice you’ll make.
